Restoration 1 came out and treated a mold problem in our bathroom. Issac, Jayson, Dontae and Tim were very professional and responsive. Would highly recommend and would use them again in the future.

I have to begin with how incredibly grateful my husband and I feel toward the Restoration 1 of EBR team. Just five weeks before our wedding day, we were jolted awake around 3:30am by the sounds of a roaring fire spreading from the house next door. We had just minutes to get our pets and ourselves outside to safety and seconds to move our vehicles. I had taken bridal portraits earlier that week, and my wedding dress happened to be at the cleaners. Our home took on massive damage, and basically was taken down to the studs and rebuilt.
Not long after the sun came up, Antjuan of Restoration 1 pulled up in his work truck. His relatives live nearby and called to tell him their neighbors needed help. Before we knew it, he was standing in front of our house, ready to help. In the middle of all the chaos, talking with someone calm, collected, and ready to take charge was exactly what we needed. His crew quickly secured our home, with no time wasted. The whole situation felt overwhelming, but they handled everything (and I mean everything) with love and care as if it were their own home. Frannie, who took charge of recovering and restoring our personal belongings, was incredible. There were a few items I needed for wedding festivities and our honeymoon, and Frannie made magic happen to return those to me quickly. I didn't realize it at the time, but I had a personal connection with Restoration 1 that immediately melted my anxiety away. I knew this is a business I could trust and I absolutely do! Restoration 1 worked directly with our insurance, which took a huge burden off our shoulders. Antjuan kept us informed every step of the way and was always just a call or text away when we had questions or worries. David, the owner, personally checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. You don’t see that level of care very often and it meant so much to us.
The rebuild turned our nightmare into something beautiful. We were able to make the house feel even more like our home with personal touches and a fresh paint scheme. The quality of work is fantastic and our home looks better than ever.
Even after we moved back in, they never left us hanging. We had a minor emergency on a Friday morning, but we knew exactly who to call! Of course we called Antjuan, and his team was there within minutes to fix it.

I don’t even know where to start with how impressed we have been with the team at Restoration 1. Our dishwasher leaked causing damage to several cabinets. After a not so great first impression with another local company, we turned to Restoration 1 and it was the best choice we could have made. Every single person has been great to work with. It takes a village and Samuel, Tim, Anna, Jon, Cory, Lucas, Tre, Aiden, Isaac, Jeyson P., Dontae, Heidi, and Jason M have all been wonderful. Every single one of them have provided some of the best service we’ve had from anywhere in a very long time! Samuel has been our main point of contact and his persistence, attention to detail, professionalism and communication have been nothing short of excellent and has been a reassurance to us throughout the entire process that we will, in fact, have a kitchen again! During mitigation everything was handled with the utmost care to our home and personal space with insanely fast response times. I can’t recommend this company enough. They came out right away and installed a bunch of fans to dry out my walls. Came back every day to update the drying process. They were knowledgeable about what they were doing. Answered all my questions. I would definitely use them again.

Samuel was extremely attentive and kind when scanning for mold in our house! We asked to take his shoes off in our house and he was super understanding gave us the assurance that we were in good hands. 10/10

These guys were great. Showed up on time and got all my old flooring out with the furniture still in the rooms. They showed me finding and explained them to me along the way. All the old material was taken from my home so I didn’t have to deal with any waist. The crew of Brian, Tim, and Larone, lead by Antjuan were very professional, fast and efficient.

We are so grateful for this company! They came out at 4:30 pm on a SUNDAY to help with water damage from a faulty hot water heater. Jude and Lucas got us all set up and we are grateful for Samuel and Heidi that helped get things set up. So far, amazing work from this company.

We used this company after experiencing a chimney fire that spread into the attic. They performed our mitigation and rebuild. I can’t say enough good things about the company and employees. David has a wonderful, professional crew. Antjuan, Tim and Brian were so knowledgeable and helpful about all of the many decisions that have to be made following Fire and Water damage. Restoration 1 handled all of the insurance headaches as well. The subs they used for the rebuild were amazing and did excellent work!!
