We worked with Restoration 1 in several projects . They are always on time , reliable, responsive, is a great company to work with . They have all the tools and resources of a big company with the heart of a local family owned business. We never hesitate to refer them or use them for ourselves. Owners are very involved with the company and the staff is always happy and willing.
Also they offer Emergency service 24/7 Hard to find this days !

We allowed a sink to overflow and flood the floors of 3 rooms. We called Restoration1 and they were on the site in less than 2 hours from the time we noticed it. They did a careful job of water removal and opening up baseboards, walls and even the laundry room cabinet to expose any areas that had been affected by the water. They also laid brown paper on our floors to protect them from the foot traffic during the work. They installed their special water removal system to extract water from beneath the floor boards. We want to shout out our appreciation for the work done by Lucas, Tim, Samuel, Anna, Heidi, Carsen, Aiden, and Donte. They will work with our insurance company to handle costs.

We had an "accidental" flooding issue, where my toddler left the water running in the bathroom. It was almost 2 hours later before we noticed. The primary bathroom, closet, bedroom and some of the hallway was soaked. This was a Sunday night. So, you could image our frustration and disbelief. We called Restoration 1 first thing Monday morning. I spoke with Anna; she was compassionate and understanding. I didn't know exactly where to begin but she assured me that someone could be to my home within the hour. She did not lie, an hour later, Samual arrived to assess the damages. He explained the restoration process to me and called the crew to come out and get started. Tim was the Project Manager, and he explained what they would doing. Toni, along with the rest of the crew, Jon, Cory, Jeyson, Isaac, Dontae and Todrick, worked several days removing carpet and LVP, packing up our personal items, removing base boards, cutting wet sheetrock from the walls and removing the damaged bathroom vanity. They came in with several de-humidifiers and fan to get rid of the water and moisture. They came back daily to check the moisture levels. They took pictures and documented everything for the insurance company. Would I recommend them to anyone else, YES!!!! Would I use their services again, YES!!! But I pray don't have to. I appreciate the work they did, the timely manner of completing the work and responding, the professionalism and care for our items. Don't be fooled, they have a 5-star rating for a reason.

Restoration One is phenomenal! They came recommended by my mom's insurance company and we were so grateful. From the moment they were contacted about the water damage in her home, they were responsive, professional and incredibly thorough. Brandon Amar and Brandon Galyean were two of the first she had contact with and they assured her they would do everything they could to get things all taken care of. They were always there when they said they would be, assessed the situation with clear expertise and immediately got to work minimizing the damage! They basically held my mom's hand, explained everything to her and walked her through it step by step. They assured her they would get her back in "working order" without all the chaos and they did. Antuan Johnson, the Construction Project Manager himself, was there daily to make sure all was in order and things were moving along. He was fabulous and made her feel at ease. We always felt informed and confident that she was in good hands. They handled the clean-up and reconstruction with care. It's rare to find a company that combines efficiency, quality workmanship and genuine customer care. They turned what started out as a stressful disaster into a smooth, well-managed experience. Thank you Antjuan for your care, your compassion and for helping our mom get things back in order in her home. You rock! A BIG thank you to all the guys who had a part in this project!

Can't say enough nice things about this company and the work they performed. After severe smoke damage, they came in with a site inspection and provided a detailed proposed mitigation plan within hours. Upon acceptance of their plan and price, work began immediately. They did what they said they would do, they stayed right on schedule and completed the project for the reasonable price proposed. The team of Samuel, Brandon, Anna, Dontae, Jeyson, Carson, Lucas, Isaac, Cory, Aiden, Tim and Jon were all outstanding and made this terrible situation much better. We are very thankful for their service.

I am not sure if my words can express my gratitude towards this company and their water mitigation team. After having a leak in one of the water supply lines in my kitchen, I contacted this company after my plumber finished the repair for help with drying out. They came out immediately and had the water mitigation process started by the next day.

Every single member of the company that I have been in contact with has been reassuring (much needed), informative on their process and professional. From my initial phone call with Anna, my intial in person contact with Brandon Amar and my estimator, Samuel to the mitigation crew, I could not have had a better experience. to the mitigation crew, I could not have had a better experience.

The documentation they provide for your insurance company is top notch. As each wet item is removed, they are taking pictures with the moisture device reading next to the item.

And to my water mitigation/demo crew: Donte, Tim, Aiden, Carson, Jeyson, Issac and Tre, kudos to you all. You represent your company well. They worked hard to inconvenience me as little as possible. My floors were covered before rolling in the equipment and everything was kept as clean as possible.

My last moisture monitoring check was this morning. I am all dry and ready for the next phase of rebuilding. I thanked everyone that was here today, again and on his way out, Donte assured me that the re-build team will give the same great service as his team provided me with. I don’t doubt that one bit!

Update on Phase II, the rebuild. Again, the Restoration 1employees provided excellent service. The rebuild took a bit longer than I originally thought with a couple of hiccups along the way, but many thanks to Antoine my project manager for always being there to re-assure me and get me through the project. I really, really appreciate his caring and kindness and his complete commitment to making sure I was fully satisfied with the work. Also, shout-out to Heidi in the office for really helping to get things moving towards the end. My kitchen is fully restored to my complete satisfaction.

Woke up at 3:30 AM to chaos. My neighbor's garage fire jumping to our place. Cats freaking out, fire tearing up the side of the house and through the attic. Between the fire and the water from the firefighters, the house was nearly a total loss, eventually stripped down to the studs needing a new roof and second floor frame. A truly terrible situation.

But here’s where Restoration 1 of Baton Rouge, specifically Antjuan, stepped up big time. He was my main point of contact through the entire ordeal. His sister lives down the street, called him immediately, and he was there, introducing himself while things were still unfolding. By 10 AM, his crew was already tarping and securing what was left of our house. That immediate response in a crisis meant everything.

Through the whole process, Antjuan and his team were total pros. He clearly explained how everything worked with the insurance company, making that side of things smooth. The detailed contents recovery was expertly handled! Big thanks to Frannie for managing that; everything was itemized with pictures in a spreadsheet, making the insurance claim process incredibly precise and accurate.

Communication was top-notch. Antjuan was always positive, always available. Anytime I called, he picked up or got back to me with answers within minutes. The crews doing the work were polite, skilled, and professional, and it was reassuring that the owner, David, often came by himself to check on the progress and quality throughout the rebuild. They gave us a timeline and stuck to it. Every stage they completed, the place looked better. Honestly, the quality of the rebuild is impressive, even better than before the fire. We got the house rebuilt exactly how we wanted, even ran new Cat6 ethernet everywhere and got the roof vents rerouted cleanly.

The final result is incredible. But what seals the deal for me is their commitment even after the main job. We had an unrelated emergency issue pop up after moving back in. I called Antjuan, and he had his team at my house fixing it within 15 minutes. Unbelievable.

Seriously, after going through a near-total house fire, I wouldn't trust anyone else in Baton Rouge for emergency restoration. The response time, the professionalism from folks like Antjuan and Frannie, the oversight from David, and the quality of work were all outstanding. If disaster strikes, Restoration 1 is the first call you should make (after 911, of course!). Highly recommend.

I recently experienced major water damage in my home, and I cannot say enough good things about Restoration One. From the moment I contacted them, the service has been nothing short of phenomenal.

After speaking with my claims rep on Monday, Restoration One came out the same day to assess the damage. The technician explained everything clearly and even advised me that it wasn’t safe to stay in the home, which I really appreciated. The very next morning, the team arrived and immediately got to work removing damaged flooring and cleaning the affected area. They didn’t leave until the job was done right, and they even coordinated a dumpster rental to help remove all the debris.

Every single day since, they’ve been back to monitor the dehumidifiers, check moisture levels, and communicate with both the plumber and the insurance company. Today, they were even packing up items from my kitchen cabinets because granite specialists needed access to check for potential wall damage. Their thoroughness has eased so much of my anxiety during a very overwhelming time.

This is my first time dealing with something this major in the nine years I’ve owned my home, and Restoration One truly made the process manageable. I highly recommend them to anyone facing water damage or any kind of home restoration need. They have been a blessing during a very stressful situation.

Restoration 1 is the best. Brandon called within 1 hr of pipe busting and in a calm measured way let us know he would take care of everything.He did and went above and beyond. Corey and Kyle were excellent in alleviating our concern as they showed up to remove the water. John,Ienny, Tim and Franny were amazing in getting everything itemized and restored to good as one’s. A big thank you to the Restoration 1 team, (Isaac, Jeyson, Samuel, Carson, Cory, Lucas, Jon and Tim), who came out on a Saturday evening to help us deal with a water leak in our home. Everyone was very professional and courteous.
I also want to comment on Frannie, the dispatcher there at Restoration 1 that coordinated with us to let us know the team was on their way. She was very polite and reassured us that her team would be here shortly to take care of our water issue.

A team from Restoration 1 came to demo and clean up after a leak was discovered in the ceiling of our 90 year old house in Norco. They had to pull down the ceiling plaster and decades of insulation which has turned into sawdust. It was hard work in a kitchen with no direct AC. But they worked hard without complaint. They even found and removed the mice (including 3 babies!) in one wall. They were hard-working, polite and very efficient at their work. Thanks to Aiden, Cory, Tray and Lucas! We appreciate all of you!

After an issue with the drain line from my central ac leaked water into my house, Restoration1 came out to see what damage I had from the water that ran into my kitchen. They responded quickly and began their work right away. I was very impressed with the way they prepared the room before they started removing cabinets dry wall and appliances. The team worked great together and communicated with me through out the process. After removal they kept the kitchen clean by removing all trash and swept the floors. They treated for any mold or mildew that may be present and removed all moisture. I would like to thank Lucas, Cory, Trey, Aiden and Donte for their excellent work. I recommend Restoration1 with the highest regard.
