My Hayward pool pump went out and I checked replacement options on-line. Wow, price went up. Called my pool supply team and their Pentair price was competitive and actually less than most. Great service advice and instructions, very professional and informative. Now installed and running great. More energy efficient also! Great experience as always.

For a couple months now my pool has been out of commision and could not get a single pool company to show up. Finally spoke with Melanie with Central Pools and was very nice and had someone come look at my pool in a timely manner. Melanie emailed me an estimate which I agreed to. I was told it will be a probably a month before they can start. After agreeing to the estimate weeks went by and no contact. I messaged Melanie if we had an ETA on when they would start and she said sometime the up coming week. Since that message no phone call or any sort of contact. Will not return my phone calls or messages. Long story short I will not recommend Central Pools.

Look Mr.Gene and Mrs.Melanie has been a blessing for us. The pool contractor we hired has been a nightmare. Every part of the process is having to be repaired and that’s when Central Pools swooped in and saved the day. These people have so much experience they had a great fix for everything. We couldn’t have done it without them. You will quickly find you’re more than just another job for them because they are there for you through the whole process!
