I haven't been to a supply house in a while and I ran across some Eaton equipment and Thomas definitely went the extra mile to locate the pieces and parts I needed to do the repair on a frequency drive assembly I highly recommend seeing Thomas because he was very thurl and explained all the parts and pieces that I need it thank you Thomas for all your help

Absolutely the worst experience I've had at an electrical supply house. I called my order in, showed up an hour and a half later and they had not started on it. I left to have lunch, came back 2 hours after I place the order and they had still not started. I sat at the front desk for 20 minutes, before someone started working on my order. The tv they have showing orders is not actually updated according to what the current position of the order is. After my order finally got my order, it didn't take long to get checked out, that's why I gave them 2 stars.

This place has the most helpful people you could ever ask for. Darren Denicola was so helpful and nice. Wish he could go to other places and train people to be that nice. His company gets 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟! Appreciate help and good manners! Thanks 😊

You can't drive and are aggressive so I can imagine the work you do.

Professional money grabbers. Called them out for a quote to get some new LEDS in my store. Didn’t stay for more than 10 minutes, took pictures and left. Never gave me a quote for what I called them for but billed me for travel and work.
Stay away at all costs!

Andre did some work for my company when we moved a few months ago. Included some new electric outlets and wiring. Did an excellent job and in a timely manner. Very professional.

Brandt did an excellent job but the woman who answers the phone is rude. When they installed a new outlet in our foyer our foyer light switch was accidentally affected: the down switch turned on the light, and the up switch turned off the light. When I asked the woman on the phone to have them come back and correct this, she first tried to say it must have already been like that and then she said it was only a personal preference that the up position should turn the light on and the down position should turn it off. Seriously????

We have used several electricians and Nicotri was the best experience we have had. The scheduler was knowledgeable and super sweet and the electrician was great! We did a bathroom remodel and couldnt have been happier.

The service is what it should be. Tho office personnel were friendly, the estimator was on time and his quote was accurate, the workers were on time and did a good job. The staff even followed up with entergy to make sure the permit they required to reconnect power was there.
