I highly recommend this company for anything electrical. From the first phone call to them till the end of the job, everything was fanfastic!! Eric is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail. There were no hidden surprises. He kept me informed on everything. He was very kind and courteous. He was very patient with me when I would talk about my 6 children and 15 grandchildren!!!! The job was done efficiently and professionally. Great company with great values. We just had an EV charging port installed by Big Family. The initial company contact, Ashanti, was very informative, scheduled a consult, and walked us through the installation process. The consult/installer, Eric, was prompt, provided multiple installation/cost options, and completed the installation we chose the same day. Eric was professional, thorough, and left the garage cleaner than when he arrived. We highly recommend Big Family Electric.

Had an electrical issue at my home. Eric and the team at Big Family were out to the house within a day or two to trouble shoot the problem. They found the issue and got it knocked out for me! I cannot say enough good things about Big Family Electric. Every part of my whole experience with them was phenomenal. Every person I spoke to on the phone to the installer that came out and put in my transfer switch were all so friendly and helpful. They even came out same day I called and installed the switch before a hurricane to make sure I was ready to go in case needed. Eric who did my install was super friendly and very professional and thorough. Again my first experience with Big Family was great.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of Eric Juneau and others who accompanied him to assemble and install a new foyer fixture, 2 pendants in the kitchen and an outside fan. They were polite, personable and worked very hard. The foyer fixture was a replacement fixture and was installed on a lift that lowers and lifts the fixture to help with replacing bulbs but also the fixture itself. It took them quite a while of moving it up and down slowly from a 24’ ceiling so they could make adjustments until it was just right and had the parts connecting properly. The pendants were glass and they handled them very carefully. They had to find the wiring in the ceiling since I had not put pendants up previously and fortunately there was only on hole cut for each pendant as they found the wiring easily. The clean up was exceptional. I can’t say enough about my dealings with this company. Thank you Big Family Electric!

I recently used Big Family Electric for a full electrical update on my home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. Eric with Big Family electric was professional and knowledgeable, and able to diagnose an issue with our electrical system with ease! I cannot say enough good about him and this company. They were able to accommodate us by getting someone out the very next day to work around my husband's shift work schedule. I had an issue that needed to be addressed promptly and BIG was able to send someone out early the next day. Eric got there early and got straight to work. Gave me my quote and also a quote for a few other things that weren't up to par. I opted for only the work requested and it was finished in a super timely manner and very neatly. Great job. Eric was great. He did a thorough job checking out my issue, and while he couldn't find the exact cause, he fixed what we both thought the issue was. As of now, no complaints. They were very fast getting out to me, which was crucial because I work from home. Will use them again in the future. TY!

My first impression of Big Family Electrical after meeting Eric can only be described as "Awesome". Then I had the pleasure to see Eric's work in real-time because I was on the jobsite. And then Sean came to help which only made my confidence grow more. Even better, when Seth the engineer and owner arrived as well and was pulling cable with them all I saw a real team. Our project is best approached one phase at a time and the teamwork this company displayed to me gives me tremendous trust in their ability.

Some inspection and review by the Big Family team came up with some required improvement's. It took Eric no time at all to check inventory and to give us a price. Some discussion, interpretation and translation into English at times and we have plans for more work by the Big Family crew next week.

Eric and Aubrey did a tremendous job adding Starfish lights to my exterior and trouble shooting my surround sound issues. I would highly recommend them.
