Best thing about this garbage company is the on-hold music when you call that your trash container was not picked up on trash day. That saxophone will be stuck in your head for hours.

If I could rate them 10 stars I would!!!! I had a young man Tanner stop by my house last Monday that offered us service with waste pro and trash cans have already been dropped off! I am not a fan of people knocking on my door but he was very respectful and informative about their services and what they have to offer! Tanner was very professional and kind to my kids and my neighbors in our hoa! 100% recommend!

If you want your trash picked up with any frequency at all, go with another company. Not only do they not come on the days they’re supposed to, but they also ignore you and keep you on hold indefinitely when you call their office.

I want to express sincere gratitude to our Waste Pro driver, Monique Rogers. Monique and I talked recently. She was aware I
was recovering from cervical neck surgery and had lifting restrictions. This morning after she dumped our can, she got out of her truck and brought my garbage can to my garage door. Such an unexpected gesture of kindness and compassion, I just had to share!

Waste Pro is soooo awful! Even if they turn out to be a little cheaper than the competition, do not use them!!! I thought Waste management was bad…. But this is ridiculous!!!!!

Week after week they miss our trash day or they push it out for a day or two. And then they will credit my account $5 in compensation like that really makes a freaking difference. The inconvenience is worth way more than that!

This last week was the final straw. They changed our trash pickup day from Tuesday to Friday and then have the nerve to not show up to pick up the trash on our scheduled day! I am canceling service and switching to TRASH RANGERS on Monday. They absolutely do not care about their customers. They gave me a veterans discount, but it’s not worth it at all!!!!

Our whole neighborhood used to be Waste Pro! I’m actually convinced that they are doing this on purpose because there’s only about 7 of us left in the neighborhood that still use them and I think they are wanting us all to cancel so they don’t have to come over this way.

I had the best customer service from Raven Simpson while trying to pay a bill on my phone it wouldn’t work, when I called Raven was very helpful and patient.

I have ordered and paid for a second garbage can since November 2025, we are now mid January and still no can. I saw Rudy in your parking lot of gas station with a few cans in back of truck, asked him about it, he made a call and loaded can in my truck at the gas station. This 5 star review is for Rudy! Kentreal is one of the BEST drivers I have ever encountered. He is very sweet and assures me that he will handle our every need! When we have issues with commercial pick up, we know Kentreal is not there! Thank you Kentreal for always taking care of us!

It’s pretty easy to see that this company bit off more than they can chew with this promotion. It has created the absolute opposite effect of what they were going for. They’ve delivered such awful service that they’ve managed to not only lose a substantial amount of clients, but boost other trash companies revenue because of how sorry of an excuse this company is. This is GARBAGE we’re talking about. Filth. Health/Safety hazard. Highly recommend to not offer a promotion you’re not equipped to maintain. As my trash can has sat at the end of my road for 4 weeks today.

My can has been at the road for over 2 weeks waiting for garbage to be picked up. They skipped my whole neighborhood for 2 weeks! No responses to calls or emails. Yet they sure collect the bill when it’s due. Terrible company and awful customer service!!!

I have used Waste Pro for many years. Wonderful garbage pick up service with great workers. Shout out to Latasho and Eric who work my route. They are fabulous!!!!

Canceling waste pro . Terrible customer. They randomly and quite often miss pickup and tells us it’s because we didn’t have our garbage out. We always put out the night before. ( and neighbors cans are full as well) Say they’re gonna pick up within 48 hours and never show. This is all the time.

For over 6weeks straight they were either late on picking up our trash by a couple days or they just wouldn't pick it up and mark it as they picked it up and the only reason they would come late is because I would call. And then they charged me $80 to cancel my services and still have not came to pick up the trash can after 2 months

So they came over here with the pitch of a free year if you switch to them with a one time payment of $20 and said here is your first pickup date. Can got delivered, date came and no pickup , a different excuse each day past that and no pickup.;bye bye waste pro, good scam

Why are you doing door to door sales at 7PM on a weekday? The last thing I want to deal with after working all day is someone trying to sell me something on a Monday night. The guy knocked on my door, we weren’t going to answer and then he knocked 2 MORE times. I was trying to get my baby to go to sleep, and my dog was going nuts. We finally answer the door to politely decline and then he’s still being pushy about yalls services. Not a fan of door to door sales or pushy sales tactics. Do better.
