Very pleased. Great prices. Reliable!

Just visited this location and they are well on ther way to being fully stocked for spring. They have a great selection of tropical foliage and amazing selection of cactus and succulents. Very friendly and helpful staff as well.

I have been several times. People are helpful and there is always someone nearby. I can't recommend this place enough. They have to be treating the employees right for this level of care and service. Go right now just to walk around.

Everyone was extremely helpful from the outdoor area answering questions to carrying my wet croton to checkout. My checkout person, Layy was also helpful and cheerful. Love this store!

This is my favorite nursery to visit in Baton Rouge. They usually have a large variety of flowers and plants to choose from. I enjoy walking the grounds and looking at all the beautiful plants. The prices are a bit high but I do feel that the plants are much healthier than what you would find at a box store.

We bought a Christmas tree here. The trees were on sale, but they had plenty of good quality. The workers were great helping us find the tree, placing it in the stand and tying it to the car.

Beautiful, so many plants in bloom. The best place on a Saturday morning. Staff is available and very helpful. They know what they have and how to take care of them. Prices are good.

Very nice place for quality plants. They are a bit higher in price but you get healthier plants.

I went back here to search for (hybrid) roses. I was a bit disappointed in their stock. I understand that summer isn't a great time to go looking for plants but nearly everything looked dried up and shriveled. Maybe it was just bad timing on my part but still, I didn't expect what I saw. I'll return later in August to try again. The prices were greatly reduced on several of the plants that I paid a lot for in spring (that's to be expected though).

My favorite location to go to for succulents! I go so often Jay at the register greets me by name while we both laugh that I’m there again. Definitely 5 stars!

Very nice knowledgeable customer service. They really can't answer any questions you have about garden pests or the flowers. You pay a lot more but you get reliable information so it's worth it.

If you want a white Christmas this is the place to shop as evidenced by their bougey television commercials. Small nursery but well organised with good variety of predominately healthy stock. The interior retail portion of gardening accoutrement and sundries appears nearly as large as the exterior plant area. Some staff seems to have started today, the rest appear to have been there too long. So I recommend a visit and if you buy at half price you will have been treated fairly.

A young man name Nathan helped me such a sweetheart made sure I knew everything about my hydrangeas plant I purchased today. I will definitely come again and ask for his help.

I brought a Meyers lemon tree for my mom for Christmas this year from the Coursey location.
I picked it up on 12/22/18. The gentleman that helped me pick it out was very helpful.
This tree is already producing beautifully!!!!!
This is why I will pay a little extra to shop locally, great products and service!

Louisiana Nursery was awesome! Lots of selection and very organized. The staff was helpful in my search for specific plants. Found just the finds I was looking for, and the prices were great!

*late update on my behalf owner called shortly after review; the owner has spoken to me and apologized for the issue and helped remedy resolutions for a next visit. I was understanding and simply wanted this issue to not occur again, which i was assured this would not happen again (employees was very very rude to me for no reason and made me wait at the back of the line instead of allowing me to re-meet her at same register when i was told to grab a product that didn’t have missing barcode-wasn’t aware there was a defect)

Submitted a complaint to owner regarding experience at this location. *Waiting for a response to update review*

I had a bad experience at this location that definitely was not favorable. The owner has called to reconcile and address the issue of customer service troubles.
As an update, I would hope that the issue is resolved and thankfully this company works well with customer service and processing any concerns or complaints. Which is a great thing!

As an update on my experience in general:

This is definitely one of my favorite stores due to the fact that they do not throw away dying plants 🪴they recycle them by selling at a rational, lower than market pv.

I really do love the purpose that this business gives to nearby committed frequenters. I plan to never stop business with this company. By me moving to the Covington/Slidell/New Orleans area it has unfortunately caused me to miss out on the great selections in the Baton Rouge and Prairieville locations. :/ I hope soon there will be an opportunity to experience the great selections of Louisiana Nursery in other regions! ❤️

They have the best prices and a huge supply. Their workers are helpful.

Love love love this place! It's hard for me not to stop by at least once a week! Every employee is incredibly helpful, and there is always a specialist available to answer questions about specific plant needs.

I have gotten nothing but healthy and high quality plants, as well as gorgeous home decor, planters, and tools.

Bought flowers here many times. For some reason, most of them died no sooner than I transplanted them, when I called the store to get exchange or refund, but the manager was very unreasonable. An employee that worked there over a year ago, told me to go to Cleggs, now I see why.

I have shopped here for the past couple of years. I find that the staff are not very friendly here. They have very beautiful flowers and plants, however some of the staff just look at you in the face and keep on walking. The only individual that asked me if I was finding everything and if I needed any help was Don. He was extremely friendly. Everyone else, not. You can have superb products but it is all about customer service and how you treat others.
