Heat stopped working. Tech came out same day to repair. Quick and efficient service. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Thankfully, the part was under was under warranty so no out of pocket expense for me!

Mr. Cody Rogers of River City / One-Hour Air did an EXCEPTIONAL job of inspecting and tuning up our HVAC systems! I bird-dogged the entire visit since this was their first time here. Cody not only did great work, but also gave accurate and thorough explanations of what was being done and why, You couldn’t ask for better service - we’re VERY pleased! (NOTE: The price paid included not only routine inspection but also a soft-start kit for our upstairs AC compressor.)

Bellamy was professional, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to articulate even the most obscure questions my fiance threw at him. Absolutely would recommend!

Harley was great...had him come couple of times and he is very knowledgeable and goes over all that he checks..we both think he is the best Tech. Would like to have him come check our AC and heating unit everytime...fantastic person.

Mr Brandon was wonderful and very knowledgeable and HONEST!! He gave me all the options from repair to replace and even went over all financing options as well! The office staff is wonderful as well and very helpful and kind. Thank you guys so much for getting me up and running!

Britton was able to show up earlier than expected which worked out so great. He got to work immediately and was so friendly. Once he was done expecting the unit he thoroughly explained everything and gave me a game plan to fix it. I feel so much more confident in the future of my unit and possible new one haha! Highly recommend this company, they have not steered me wrong!!

J.J. Matherne did well and I was pleased with the level of service he provided. However, I was not particularly pleased with the gentleman that accompanied him to my residence. I believe he introduced himself as Eric. Shortly after our introduction I stepped away from the two of them to put my dog away, something I mentioned before doing so. During the process of me putting him in me and my wife’s bedroom, I was unpleasantly surprised to hear my doorbell ring, followed by pounding on my front door. When I stepped outside and asked him not to beat on my front door, he stated, with a slight half-smile, something along the lines of me having been inside putting away a big dog or something. While I didn’t respond, I actually was doing just that. My family and I own a very protective 120lb German Rottweiler that shares the same living quarters we do and does not take kindly to strangers. Eric’s (If I got his name right) actions and comment were unnecessary. Regardless, I would really appreciate it if you did not send him to my home ever again for any reason.

Darren explained the things that he recommended versus the things he felt were important to get done right away and why. He did an excellent job at explaining what those parts due and how it effects the system as well as showing me what he is seeing and why it was important. He didn’t feel pushy at all and made me and my wife feel very confident in what he was saying with his explanations and visual inspections of our system. We will recommend him every time, if possible, as we felt like he was a very honest and open tech.

I called River City One Hour a Friday night at 9pm. Service call was scheduled next day, Saturday first thing. Kody the technician was outstanding. Fair pricing and the work was done well. Very satisfied!

Tom did a great job!!! He checked everything for us and was very thorough!!! He was always making sure that he left the area he was working in was left neat and clean. Appreciated his care to detail.

I have never had a technician explain so well what I needed on a new HVAC system. He gave me pricing options, what were the pros and cons of each option.
I was extremely impressed! I am moving my service to this company for these reasons.

Following up, 6 months down the road and D. Parker did a fantastic job on maintenance, explained everything patiently and professionally informed us of what we needed to know. We were very pleased and purchased a maintenance plan for our second unit. Thank you again for being a great company!

Tech was nice. Was very brief with heating system maintenance inspection. Didn’t talk much and only provided feedback when asked. He did ask me to sign stating work was completed. That’s when I asked was everything good and he stated yes.

Joseph Yacoub with River City’s One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating was outstanding. He performed a thorough diagnostic, found the real electrical issue causing my system failure, and fixed it promptly. Very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience. My AC went out on a Friday evening. I called One Hour, Olin came out examed what was wrong with my unit. He explained everything to me. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Walked me through everything. He needed to get a part and return on a Sat by 9 am, repaired my AC and check to make sure everything with the unit looked good. I recommend One Hour for an AC/Heating repair, maintenance. Onlin was wonderful.

I called River City One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating in late November due to problems with my 26 year old A/C unit. A supervisor by the name of Joseph came out to my house to check out the unit. I explained to Joseph that the unit was extremely old and I would likely be better served by getting a price for a new unit versus sinking a lot of money into the the unit that I had. Joseph said that he would be happy to provide me with a quote for a new system at a different time, but this system may be fixable. After a battery of diagnostic checks and an $1,800 service bill, I was given a "laundry list" of issues with my existing system (which were all common for a 26 year old unit). Needless to say, the repair that was done didn't last a month. Subsequently, I contracted a different company to install a new system.

It is my opinion that River City One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating is more interested in selling expensive temporary fixes and "comfort club" subscriptions rather than providing a consultative approach with better and long-lasting alternatives. The suggestion from Joseph should've been to apply the $1,800 towards a new system rather than to waste the money on my current system. After all, they are supposed to be the experts. I will never use this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone else.

Absolutely love yall!!! Mr. Britton Holden was our tech, he was very well mannered and polite, also very informative! They also show up really quick and thats amazing! I can't tell yall/ Mr. Britton how grateful we are!
