Sean was extremely kind and professional from the moment he showed up for the initial visit and till the job was complete. He found the issue, got us a quote, and he and team got it resolved quickly. He is great at communicating, I didn't have to wait or wonder what was going on regarding our appointment. Air Creation Heating and Cooling did a fast, fair, and efficient job...I'd use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a/c or heater repair!

Juda has been servicing my a/c unit since he installed it the holiday season of 2018. Juda serviced my old unit prior to installing this unit and I've never had any issues with Juda nor air creation. Air Creation and Juda has always been quick to respond to any service call that I have experienced at my home with a fast turnaround time.

Great experience. Maverick came to do an estimate for getting my ducts cleaned and to provide a solution so I wouldn't need to worry about my vents sweating anymore and he was extremely informative, kind, and professional. He suggested installing a new return and explained how it'd help so I felt confident about commiting to the project. Our service was great, the new return looks very well done and clean.

I had an issue getting my AC fan to blow after it was shut off for service and Maverick was readily available to help me troubleshoot it, and it turned out just to be a minor thing I was able to take care of, no issues!

I called Air Creation as a first time customer: they made arrangements to send someone over within a half hour. 6 hours later, the unit was installed and running - efficiently, everything clean and neat, and both technicians were very pleasant, respectful, and professional. We have a couple of mini splits installed by Air Creation Heating and Cooling by the last quarter of last year. After all those months, we experienced some situations that we couldn’t fix ourselves. We called the office with our concerns and they immediately accommodated us to send a technician the very same day to check the units, still under warranty, and the problem was resolved the very next morning. We are appreciative of their diligence and technical expertise that have our units running smoothly.

Well this what I have to say they do their job the center heater went out 2 days after they supposed to fix it i gave them $160.00 what they charge me for a fuss I had to call my insurance company back to let them know my heater is not working the Blanchard Company had to come out and do what they was supposed to do took my $160.00 I need my money back because they didn't do the job call Blanchard Company in Houma Louisiana and they will give you the information about your guys work wires was all cross up enough to burn my Trailer down

My family and I have been very pleased with all of the work that your company has provided for us. Starting with the duct work that was done last October. And today, coming out immediately to address the A/C issues that we were having. I would highly recommend Air Creations to anyone that has any heating, A/C or duct work needs. And not only are they efficient but their rates are very competitive.
