EJ came out and provided great customer service, which he always does!! He made sure we had no nest outside our home. He provides detail information each time he comes out.

My family has used Dugas for 10+ years and never had a problem until recently. They have been extremely unprofessional. They always arrive 3 hours before scheduled appointment despite me telling them multiple times to not come any earlier than expected. Services are thorough but the lack of communication isn’t worth the headache. It’s a shame they treat loyal customers like this.

After finally getting someone locally (Tyrielle) the service was perfect. The problem was calling the 800 number and going through the prompts. I was literally going to drive to Ja Roy tomorrow and ask for a local number or I was out!

Chris at Dugas helped me set up a preventative maintenance powder-post beetle treatment for our house. We had recently purchased our house and there was older evidence of powder-post beetle damage. He inspected under the house and recommended a treatment every 5-7 years. A technician from Dugas came several days later and spent 45 min under the house doing a detailed and thorough treatment with a long spray hose attached to the tank on the Dugas truck.

Prior to contacting Dugas about that issue, I had a different company come out and they spent 5 minutes under the house with a small three gallon backpack sprayer on claiming they treated the whole underside of the house. I was so frustrated with that other company that I contacted Chris Perkins at Dugas and he was easy to work with and very reliable. I wish I had used Dugas from the beginning! They will not disappoint. Extremely professional, and both Chris and the technician who did the treatment are clearly passionate about what they do. You can trust them and they did a fabulous job. Highly recommend!

Deborah Pearson consistently does excellent work as a service technician at my 128 unit apartment complex. She communicates clearly, works well with residents and staff, is thoughtful and creative, and consistently gets the job done well no matter how difficult the circumstances may be. Debbie ‘s sparkling personality is icing on the cake!

Short version: use a different exterminator who does what they say and communicates with customers. They only checked half the traps, they refused to acknowledge they hadn’t completed the work, and refused to complete service or refund me. Just get a different exterminator, save yourself the headache and hassle of these guys.

Long version: They clearly did not check all of my traps or re-bait them. The back 70% of my yard and house is behind a locked gate. No one told me they were coming that day so I didn’t unlock it. I called to tell them that they didn’t provide the service they were charging me for, and they said their technician took a picture and sent me a picture of my closed and locked gate. The customer service representative refused to make it right.

They told me that because I cancelled my service they would come pull my traps on November 13th. I left the gate open, no one showed up. A month later they tell me they are coming, I was out of town, the gate was locked, and they left all the traps in my back yard and said they pulled all of them. Clearly the field staff is not being honest on their reporting.

Seems like others have had similar experiences.

Debbie is always very knowledgeable and professional on her visits. She always makes sure to explain what’s she has done and asks if we have any other issues.

Oh my goodness our Ja-Roy termite technician, Cory Reid, was the absolute best. He took so much time to explain the process and walk us through the results of our annual termite inspection. He was awesome and we feel our home continues to be protected with Ja-Roy and Cory!

I was very pleased with Nori. She did a great job inspecting my bait traps and attic. She discovered two places in my attic that need attention and showed me pictures and explained what they were. (Some old rotten wood from a previous leak and a hole with gnaw marks. Also old)

Our technician Todd was informative and very courteous. We absolutely appreciated him taking his time to explain the process of spraying our home for pests.

Dugas has exceptional customer service. The employees were extremely educated in the issue that we were faced. They answered every question and were compassionate about our situation. They continued to come to our home until the issue was resolved. David was our technician and was extremely thorough with his work. We also appreciated the manager coming to help. Thank you so much!

Great Experience! Bought our house and the previous owner had JA-ROY before. Shopped around for Termite plans, and decided to stay and continue the account. Asa (Probably Spelled the Name Wrong-Sorry), Roni, and JD were great. All the folks I have talked to have been great at JA-ROY. They came out twice in a week to help and the service went great. Roni went Above and Beyond! She was very Customer Oriented! And Asa was great in following up reminding me what good customer service is too! JD worked his tail off. I would recommend JA-ROY
