Delayed our service 3 times. Came out finally and obviously missed some traps (can clearly tell which ones weren't rebaited for the termites).

Once my contract is fulfilled I might consider another service.
The company they bought out, Dugas, was fantastic and locally owned with excellent service.

2 weeks ago they responded stating they would be in touch.......wondering what number y'all have. I'm waiting on you.
Had to do some yard work today where one of the unserviced traps is, and it's full of termites.

MULTIPLE TRAPS NOT RESET/CLEARED/REBAITED.

These people are top tier! Jasmine was EXTREMELY customer focused. She went above and beyond. She communicated well and was very thorough. Thanks again!

Jo was an absolute joy to be around. She was very knowledgeable about her trade and gave great guidance on what treatments I needed for my house and yard. She was mindful and considerate of our animals. Jo really seems like an old soul that cares about humanity and I felt comfortable allowing her into my house. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation!!

I can't thank Ja-Roy pest control enough!!! I only can give you all the highest 👏🏽 praise after finding a hornets nest in my sister's home we didn't know where to turn every place said that they didn't remove hornets or no we can't remove them if they are in a mobile home...so after speaking with a lady from Texas she said that I will find someone for you. She called me back and said that someone from Ja-Roy would be calling and sure enough they did. Courtony Boatner came out and he had never seen or tackled anything like that, well let me tell you he handled it like he had been handling hornets for years. He was absolutely phenomenal!!! He followed up with us and removed the nest...if I ever need anything regarding pest control or any thing that Ja Roy services they have a forever customer with me.
