New customer - very prompt and efficient service for a residential central A/C problem - I highly recommend Comfort Tech and intend to sign up for an annual maintenance plan.

We have held the Service Contract for two units since install in 2021. We think it’s worth the cost to have both units running as efficiently as possible, not to mention the peace of mind. Comfort Tech has qualified service reps that go above and beyond to make sure this happens. We highly recommend them for any of your hvac needs.

We've done business with this company before. As usual they were professional and courteous. The two techs they sent to complete the job (Mason and Jaden) were fantastic. The tech that came out the day before Rahim was just as good. I'm sure that those gentlemen and the young lady in the office (her name slips my mind) will go far in this industry. Superb. I

I had my A/C unit serviced today for the first time since I moved into my house. I never knew that my A/C unit had a fresh air filter. Joshua, thank you for pointing this out to me and for the great work you did today.

Jeremy is AWESOME!!! Super knowledgeable, friendly, and clean when he enters and exits the house. He was AMAZING with all my animals and kids in and out the house. He was even serenaded with a very off key melody from one of my kids that acted like we did not have company in the house. But he "enjoyed" it. He really didnt but he ACTED like he did. That goes MIIILLLEEESSSSS with homeowners. Definitely a keeper! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!!

The AC guy came out did the serve but I was offering if I wanted to him to continue or not and then overcharged me $401 for the service that I didn’t even gave him the OK to do he did it all on his own and then when I called the company, she was like oh well This is not a good company to go with. They overcharged their prices.

Comfort Tech was really smart about replacing the 3 systems in our main house and pool house. New generation thermostats provide text alerts on each system and allow us to manage temps remotely. When we call for service, there's always a staff member who answers, 24/7, not an answering machine or 3rd party. They show up the same day or the next and take care of whatever is going on. Great people, great professional company.

Rahim was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he was doing and even pointed out something that needed immediate attention. He took his time and did a great job! He delivered excellent customer service. I recommend this company.

The Technician Raheem was thorough in his inspection of the unit to pinpoint the issue and quickly resolved it .

We have 26 units across four facilities. Very few companies can service the 10 ton commercial units, but Comfort Tech has the expertise to service the units and correct the mistakes of other companies. Their estimates and invoices are digital and I can pay online, instead of hand written. I can't recommend Comfort Tech highly enough.
