Hunter Beckham was the service technician that came out to review our system. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the product you offer. He made a thorough examination of our current system and offered options for us to bring it up to code. What we appreciate the most was that at no time did we feel pressured . Once we make a decision we will reach out to your company .

I found Mr. Turner very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained where the problems are with my old system, and showed me photos of the parts as he was explaining. I feel confident in his assessment now since I understand exactly what kind of maintenance and repair is needed. Thank you.

I’ve used H&E for HVAC service and today I used the home electrical inspection which is included with my service plan. Mark Shaddinger arrived on time and performed an outstanding job. Not only did walk me through his process but explained to what his test results were and what they meant for safety of my home. We also discussed future work I would like done around the house. Throughly satisfied with Mark’s professionalism I’m now reviewing three quotes for future work with H&E.

- Justin came out on Saturday and with his knowledge, commitment we were able to het the job done Tuesday. Very satisfied with the technicians expertise we n both electrical and hvac/attic repair's. I recommend H&E and will be requesting additional service in the future

On October 5, 2025 Mr. Nigel Gernhard came to my resident to service my AC. This is the experience my husband and I had with Mr. Nigel: When he arrived at the door, he rang the doorbell. He was very patient until I came to the door. He was kind, respectful, considerate, patient and very knowledgeable about the job. He walked my husband and I through the entire paperwork process and gave us options. He did not force any financial agreement on us, he explained, whenever you’re ready to go forward with the service it will be a pleasure to have you’ll apart of our company. He forward all the information to my husband email. Everything he did in the attic, and outside of the home. He also went the extra mile and checked the air ducts. We have some problems however, again he did not force us to sign anything or get the work done immediately. Again, he said whenever you are ready. He presented to us the contact information; then we said our goodbyes. Thank you so very much again for having Mr. Nigel apart of this company. He deserves a raise!! Technician’s that H&E sent out were highly skilled and professional and very informative on all aspects on our havoc unit. The problem was identified and resolved in a manner of minutes. They performed test & diagnostics on the whole system and came up with solutions to help improve our current system & also upgrades we can have done in the future. So we signed up for their yearly maintenance program.

On Thursday, December 4th Mark Shaddinger was my electrical technician. Hen
arrived on time and agreed to work within my time constraints. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He allowed me to ask the pertinent questions and explained the whole process as he went along to diagnosis my issues. I was offered various solutions and given several options as a fix. He even called in his supervisor to give me comfort in my decision making.

Hunter came out to my house to evaluate a new HVAC system. Our job isn’t a simple “replace what is there” but rather evaluating what can be saved and what can be improved upon. He was very knowledgeable and had some very good ideas. His quote was incredibly fast. We appreciated the great service.

Great customer service! They responded the same day and even came out that same afternoon to inspect my HVAC system. The technician, Richard, was very friendly and helpful. He recommended that Justin come out to take a closer look at my ductwork, and Justin was equally great—super knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and clearly explained my options.

Overall, the experience was quick, professional, and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an HVAC inspection.

After 42 years, my HVAC heater finally retired. I initially thought it just needed the pilot relit, but Bradley, the technician, arrived and carefully assessed the unit and my attic noted lack of installation. Bradley partnered with his supervisor Justin to review the findings. Justin explained the cost options upfront with no pressure, their professionalism and knowledge gave me confidence. Scheduling was quick and I was touched when Justin brought me a space heater a thoughtful and genuine gesture. I truly value excellent customer service. So, far H&E has exceeded my expectations.

Bradley and Hunter truly went above and beyond. From start to finish, their professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were outstanding. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure the work was done right—not rushed.

What really stood out was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They showed up on time, were respectful of my space, and didn’t leave until they were sure everything was working perfectly. It’s rare to find service providers who genuinely care about quality and doing right by the customer, but Bradley and Hunter absolutely do.

I needed a new control panel installed after a small fire. The problems were numerous:
1)Tech arrived on the second day without supplies, even though he had a list from the initial assessment the previous day.
2)Tech installed the wrong circuit breakers and didn't install the additional ground wire. He also resisted installing the correct surge protector.
3) Tech refused to label the box even though the contract stipulated that it would be done
4) Job was so messy that the tech had a hard time closing the panel door. (see attached photos)
5) Tech was very young and seemed a bit overwhelmed by the job. I never felt confident he was doing it up to code.
6) Because of this, I had another electric company come check the work. Their electrician found the box disorganized, the ground wire connected improperly, and and incorrect use of Wago connectors. He redid everything, and now it is up to code, neatly organized, and the door closes properly.
When I confronted the owner, secretary and technicians at H & E Comfort Services, their common response was they "wanted to be transparent and provide me with a quality product." The did neither, and it was a horrible experience. I would never recommend H & E for work. Stay away!

If you want a quality HVAC company, EBS A/C & Heating is the one. I have been a client with them for over 15 years and did not think to posting all of the quality service rendered every call-out, which was a disservice to other people who have been searching for a top tier HVAC service provider. From my old HVAC system to my new system, their professionalism and detailed consultations are the best. They just recently replaced my HVAC system and done an awesome job! I highly recommend EBS A/C & Heating LLC.

What a great experience! Air went out. I called them. When they were on the way I got a text so I could track how long it would be before they got here. Josh was great! He found the problem, explained it and replaced that part. Bing bang boom! Highly recommend these guys at Comfort Tech AC!!!!!

Josh was very personable and knowledgeable when he did the initial assessment on my a/c unit. My job was fairly complex but Josh knew exactly what to do to get airflow to my den which was a converted garage. He even set up an appointment to have my contractor at the house so could explain what was needed for an additional return. He made sure everything was right before the installation.

Once the assessment was completed, he explained in “layman’s” terms what was needed and the cost. They also have financing which took 2 minutes.

When it was time to install the system, his team was prompt, knowledgeable, there were 5 guys to work on my massive overhaul. They worked nonstop for 2 days and I hardly knew they were in the house they worked so quietly. They too were very professional and knowledgeable!

When the job was finished, the team again explained what was done and showed me how to work my new thermostat.

Last but not least, the receptionist was also warm and prompt when returning calls and relying information to Josh and the team.

I will definitely use Comfort Tech again and recommend them to family and friends!
