Received a email for a free inspection from H & E and they asked what time would be good for me. I told them am and she told me they had one the next day which was wonderful. Nigel called and came over inspected the ac unit and the condenser. He was very informative and knowledgeable and wanted to have someone come and do some quotes for us. Then Troy came over and inspected and we sat down and he explained our options. Troy gave us a breakdown of costs and answered our questions. It was pleasant to have someone to take the time and not pressure us into doing something we did not want to do. I will most likely go with this company when we decide to do the job.

Mark S arrived on time and was thorough and efficient in his evaluation of my home’s electrical situation. Polite and professional, it was a pleasure to work with him. Fast response on estimate.

We had great experience with this company. Hunter was our technician today, a local young guy. Despite his young age he was very experienced and knowledgeable about the field. He assisted us with weighing in all our options for treatment or replacement of the unit. He highlighted all our pros and cons of the existing system and was pretty honest about the choices we had. He helped us to decide between different models and routing options, that would best suit our needs.
While we're waiting on the repair we were offered a window unit, which I think was a nice and considerable gesture.

Brad is amazing, he knows what he’s doing and he’s very nice. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know, if you need maintenance, request Brad because he is the best!!

Started project August, 2024. Generator finally turned on Monday before snow storm. Repairs (pictures submitted) to wall hasn't happened as of today Feb.6, 2025.

I hired this company for 3 jobs. They were two replace two fans, the oven range lights, and fix a smoke detector. They required payment before the jobs were done. After getting me to pay for very expensive light bulbs for the range they left a note stating those bulbs didn’t fit and they didn’t know what to do. I have contacted the office multiple times and never got a response from their manager or any money back for a job nor completed. I only give two stars bc they did actually replace the fans and the smoke detector. They also canceled two weeks in a two because of “complex jobs” taking too long. If you do hire them do not pay until the jobs are done. They will scam all the money they can.

Hunter inspected my AC unit thoroughly and gave me all options to have my unit working properly. I was very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism.

I called with an emergency and got someone to come out IMMEDIATELY!! Hunter Beckham was amazing and knew exactly what he was doing. He walked me through the process and made it as simple as possible!!

I can say without a doubt that Mr. Nigel, Mr. Mark, Ms. Wendy and the other ladies, who assist me over the phone are very knowledgeable and very helpful. I can call today and they will make a way to get me in quick to get my problem solved. I really do appreciate everyone.

Dayton was a gem! We had issues with our exterior and interior outlets after a big rainstorm the night before and H&E came out as early as 8:30am the next morning. Dayton was very clear and concise when explaining all that would be needed. So polite too! As a homeowner some issues can be daunting and scary especially electrical issues because your house is your baby! But he saw us through. We will definitely use H&E for future (hopefully less scary) work!

Mark came out to inspect our electrical system. He was very professional but most of all very personable. He made it his priority to explain the outcome of his inspection, cause and effect, in a way that was comprehensible. Mark was polite and courteous, very informative.

Great personnel, professional, quick response. Technician answer all my questions explained my situation and presented some options I had. Friendly and Courteous. I highly recommend them who needs HVAC work. Thumbs up all the way.👍🏼

I called Thursday afternoon & was able to get an appointment Friday morning. Was told my window was 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., but the tech Mark S. showed up promptly at 8 a.m. Which was a surprise because I suppose we get used to technicians/companies making you wait the entire 4 hours. Mark S. was very knowledgeable & professional. He answered all of my questions & explained why each step was required. His main focus was everything being done well & up to code so there would not be any future issues or concerns. Mark S. is an asset to the company & if all of the techs are similar, then I would definitely recommend H&E to anyone in Belle Chasse & any surrounding areas the company services.

I was very pleased with the HVAC evaluation service provided by Bradley. He was extremely thorough and professional throughout the entire process. Bradley took the time to explain everything that was needed in detail, which we really appreciated. He inspected the attic, the inside unit, and the outside unit—nothing was overlooked.
