Dora was truly a blessing with helping me from the beginning to the end with buying my first home. She is very passionate and eager in helping me find a plan to fit my land (which is narrow in width) but the Sawyer plan was a perfect fit. Dora was very prompt to respond while preparing for closing . Jeff and Chris were very helpful with answering questions and providing advice on the site and with closing. I submitted a form to get more information about pricing on a home, and Matt reached out to go over the process and give me all the information I needed! He was absolutely fantastic and was so helpful and patient. Even though my husband and I aren’t looking to build for another 6+ months, he got me multiple quotes, explained the difference in the pricing, and made recommendations based on my goals. I’m looking forward to working with Matt and the UBH teams in the future!

All of the team at United are excellent to work with ( Chris, Wendy, and Frankie). They have made the house building a great experience for our family. Wendy is our sales consultant who has made the whole process easy. We went in with a "idea" of what type of home we wanted. She guided us thru the options and we found the perfect home for us. Frankie the contractor is great to work with as well. Anytime we have a question or concern he is always very responsive and knowledge able as well. Chris the general manager has a amazing team.

UBH built me a fine home. From the initial meeting with the sales lady out of the Bossier office Mrs Dora Hatcher made the loan process a breeze. She gave me alot of options and let me pick out everything i wanted. The construction superintendent, Shane Smith did an excellent job building the house. 8 months and they were done. 100% recommend Bossier office.

We recently had our home completed and we are extremely satisfied with the entire process. Jerry was helpful and answered all our questions. Shane was absolutely incredible and was quick to respond anytime we had any issues or questions about the build. All of the workers they sent did quality work. Mr. Roy and his son did our electrical and Mr. Dwight and his sons Daniel and Steven did our interior painting. They were all great to work with and we enjoyed them being around. We will use both of these gentlemen to do any work we need in the future. The ladies in office were also very helpful and assisted us throughout the entire process. We highly recommend United Built in Bossier City.

With all new things come some hiccups but each time Ms. Dora, Mr. Shane and Mrs. Delilah were there to help walk us through the issue, even if it wasn’t a building issue. A great team who went above and beyond!!

Our experience with UBH has been wonderful. Dora Hatcher has been so helpful and has answered every call (even on weekends when I think of question) and answered every question that I've had. Shane, the construction manager has also been more that willing to answer questions, share past experiences that have also helped answer some of our questions. Without a doubt, we would recommend them to anyone looking to build a home!

United did such an amazing job on our house! I would do it 100 times over! Shane, Jerry, and Wendy were unbelievably helpful. Anytime I had a problem they were on it to get whatever fixed or done. Jerry was our salesman and made sure we were able to pick the plan that we loved and helped us to start the build! Shane was our contractor and was very good with communicating and making sure everything with the build went smoothly. Wendy worked in the office and I cannot say enough good things about her! She did many things that probably wasn’t even her job! I found myself calling her sometimes just to talk! I am in love with everything they did and I thank everyone that had a hand in building our forever home!

Dora has been incredibly helpful with our planning process and with our entering into a contract for the construction of our new home. Dora, Chris, and Shane are all great to work with and we feel secure with their attention and expertise. Our new home is currently being built and we are extremely happy with our decision to have United Built Homes build it.

Update: We are very impressed with all of the work done to date on our new home. The foundation, framing, roofing, in wall plumbing, HVAC, insulation and sheetrock are in place and the quality of each item has been excellent from our perspective. United Built has kept us updated as to the progress and scheduling of each step. So far our overall experience has been excellent.
