We used OTC for a small project on our home. We just converted an office into a 4th bedroom where a wall needed to be closed off. Even though this was a small project compared to what they usually do they completed it quickly and did an amazing job. We were always kept in the loop on what was going on and never felt like our project wasn't important to them. Thank you again for doing such a great job and completing it before the baby got here! :)

We were on a time crunch trying to get a wall leading to our carport fixed. Mike and his team at OTC delivered! He made sure he communicated with me and they finished the job within a day. He also gave us several different pricing options that fit in our budget. I appreciate the fact that he was honest and values his customers. Thank you OTC!

Our home is over 100 years old, and one of our more energetic dogs had scratched the front doors so much that he had practically rubbed smooth the molding. The damage was unsightly. OTC came in and repaired all of the damage and refinished them. Now the doors look the best they have ever looked since we bought the property. OTC did an outstanding job.

I'm glad "other people" have had a better experience. Made an appointment in advance and was stood up by a relations representative...No explanation, no apology and it seemed pretty apparent how they treat certain people.
What really upset me the most, is that I took off from work specifically to meet with this company representative, as a potential client for new home construction.
But rest assure that I will share my experience with every person like myself, who's ready to build and who looks like me to take their business somewhere else.
