It has been wonderful working with Andrew and his entire crew. From the moment we met him, he listened to the ideas we wanted of our backyard oasis, he was patient, kind, and really took his time to gather all of the information on the changes we wanted to see. Following this meeting, we were sent a virtual video of what our backyard would look like following the build out of our pool, allowing us to visualize the final results. When he decided to invest in a pool in our back yard I did a ton of research and interviewed a number of builders. I decided to go with Elston after meeting our builder, Andrew. From our first meeting I felt Andrew was genuine and trustworthy. He listened, and gave his honest opinions. He never tired to “sell” us on expensive upgrades, and gave us advice to stay within our budget or reasons we might consider going over.
During our second meeting we went over his design. He was very organized and paid attention to details and things that were important to us, and had no issues making adjustments.
Throughout our build Andrew kept us informed and answered all our questions, sometimes before we even had to ask! He was very easy to get in contact with.
After our project was compleat he spent time making sure we understood how to take care of our pool. Our project turned out great! Even after the fact I feel like we could reach out to him and he would be happy to help.

Brad has been working on my house for about 9 months now and we are finally done. For patios and outdoor kitchens this is your guy. Was happy with all the work his guys did and the few times we had issues he always made it right. He did all of the following and I am very happy with all of them.

Installed gutters
Installed gate
Bathroom shower replaced

He also looked at my roof and honestly told me to wait another 5 years. He will be getting a call when it finally gives out.
