Communication has been good compared to other companies I have dealt with in the past on other issues.

We decided to take the leap and build our forever home with united built. After several delays with the land survey, we finally got started and after 5months we are almost done! So happy with how everything has come together. We have referred several people to United Built Homes and one just closed to build their forever home. Thank you UBH!

United Built Homes made my first building experience much easier than anticipated. Jerry was so very helpful during the planning stage and Frankie was a champ during the construction phase. My overall experience has been rewarding. Thanks to UBH for helping make my dreams come true.

Everything they do is done cheap.
I have pics of a slab that has bad cracks from cold joints, and they also forgot sections of the slab , so they used bag mix to fix it. I told their supervisor numerous times about the floors being stained so they needed to be done before the painters came in. Well, they said screw the customer and did the job completely backwards and now toilets have to be removed , and baseboards covered, which was not figured on the original bid.
These are bottom of the barrel builders and the houses are built poorly!

Jerry our sales person was very knowledgeable and helped us with making our Cabin perfect.
I can not say enough good things about Shane. He always answered our questions when we called and went way and beyond to make sure everything was right .He works hard and put in long hours.
Chris made sure everything was right with the billing cost and was always polite and helpful.
We had great experience with UBH and would highly recommend them

We prayed and dreamed for years about building a home-United Built Homes of Bossier helped bring those dreams to a reality. The entire process seemed too good- too easy to be true. But there we were, signing papers, picking out windows, and trim color for our custom built home. Thank you Dora for the late hours and long drives you put in for us. From start to finish and even after completion this team was amazing. It started with visiting with Wendy Kauffer. I liked Wendy before I even met her face to face. She's very down to earth and friendly. The whole process has been very smooth and really enjoyed working with not just Wendy, but Delilah, Austin, Chris & Dan. If there was ever even a slight problem, it was taken care of immediately. I also really appreciated their (inside) paint crew they sub-contract through. I was able to make contact with any of them if I ever had a question and it was always handled professionally and friendly. Austin made sure everything was done exact with the house and we spoke often. These are people I could be friends with, very personable! LOVE, LOVE my house btw! Beyond tickled over it!

UPDATE: I had to add this update. I was stressed out of my mind this morning (June 9th) when Austin came by to check on something for me. I had a really bad time with a big box store not fulfilling their obligations and making excuses. When I finished telling Austin the whole story, he stepped right up and fixed it! Not a part of his job, but God bless his heart, he did it! So very thankful for all Austin does, especially when he doesn't have to! This is what you get with UBH Bossier!

My husband and I are first time builders, and we have felt so at ease with the entire process. Our United Built Homes contact, Mrs. Dora, out of bossier, is so quick to contact us when we have questions and so patient with our repeated questions :) ha! So far so great!

My husband and I decided to build our forever home out in the country. Once we were approved, the hardest part was picking out colors!! There were some details we did not choose like faucets and trim style but we were not disappointed! We loved eveything they put in our home. It was tasteful and perfect. I cannot say enough good things about Shane and his work ethic. He corrected every error and we frequently saw him completing tasks himself. Dora and Chris were rockstars on closing day. They made sure we understood everything we signed since we were first time home buyers. If they didnt know the answer to a question, they would find it for us. When they poured the slab for our home, we requested to have our family's handprints in the front porch. Shane was great at helping us coordinate that. If I were to make any suggestions for improvement, the only one would be to provide an onsite dumpster for the sub-contractors to use. I definitely recommend United Built to anyone who is considering building a home. We would absolutely do this again!

My husband and I built the Natchez home with United Built Homes in Bossier City, La. We knew the minute we walked in the door, that this was our builder. The whole staff was so nice and helpful! Chris was always willing to go the extra mile to help us. He even came out to our build site and restaked our house twice, because we were not sure where we wanted it. Our contractor Shane even came out at night to make sure things were done! To anyone out there wanting to build a home, this place makes it easy and fun!!

We had the best experience building through UBH! (Bossier office) Dora in sales was so helpful with every detail. Chris throughly explained all paperwork. Shane was the best superintendent over the building process. We have the perfect home for our family thanks to UBH.

We absolutely loved working with UBH !!! We have a brand new Beautiful home thanks to UBH and the materials used are great quality from framing to light fixtures ! Dora and Frankie were amazing!!! They were there every step of the way, from calls or texts anything we needed !! I couldn’t have ask for better! Frankie is the best contractor ever!!! I hope if anyone builds a house you get someone like him ! Anything we needed he was there, very helpful and honest. If any issues came up he fixed them no problem or questions asked, he is amazing and has a great personality! Frankie truly made this a great experience.Dora, absolutely loved working with her, from day one she was there helping us decide exactly what we wanted to build and design our home to fit our needs! She would take our calls anytime we needed her. She was very caring about making sure we were getting the perfect home for us, she made everything as easy as possible. Before we met with UBH, Dora had called us and to some it up , she is the reason we built our dream home! We are So proud that we built with UBH and made friends with Frankie and Dora !!!

The process was amazing from day 1. We met with Wendy Hazelhurst that first day and everything was a breeze from there. She helped us in so many ways during the planning stages. Once construction started everything went just as well. Jeff Gill and Shane Smith were excellent as Constrution Managers. They were on top of things the entire time. They were excellent at scheduling and keeping things moving. We finished in approximately 6 months. Bottom line, we ended up with a beautiful home. Thanks to everyone at UBH!

United Built Homes of Bossier City, Louisiana was great! From day one Dora walked us through the process along with Shane and Chris. The building process went smooth. Shane answered any questions and helped with anything we needed during the build. We would highly recommend United Built to anyone! Started building on January 17, 2019 and United was complete on April 30, 2019. Our home is beautiful and exactly what we expected!

Butter beware: it has been 5 years since I built these two houses. It was a fight from day one. The rock siding was cracking before they got all the rock on. I had said to Fordy that all he and they were doing is waiting the warranties to run out then stop listening. If you have unfortunately purchased a home from and have ANY issues put it in writing and save your text messages. I have all of this and they are still screwing me around. Unites Built Homes of Bossier City, LA is a great Company! They truly care about your experience with them and about finding you the perfect Home that fits your needs. Their customer service was so appreciated!

We signed off on our home yesterday. The overall experience was smooth with no major problems. The build time was a little over 3 months. The subcontractors were very good and professional. I do wish the subcontractors had done a better job of picking up their trash but we picked up what they didn't. Steve the plumber was outstanding and was a pleasure to work with. Steve the electrician was just ok.

Dora Hatcher was very professional and answered our endless questions even on weekends.

Frankie was our construction foreman. He was very easy to work with and handle our issues to the best of his ability.

I only had 2 issues with the entire building process. I didn't want to use the lights that Frankie purchased from Lowe's and was told I could return them for cash back so that I could purchase the lights I wanted from Amazon. This isn't the case you can only return for store credit. Frankie wasn't aware of Lowe's store policy. The second issue I had was with the shower doors in the master bath at closing we discussed which way the door would open and which side to put the shower head and then when the shower door was installed it was a sliding door. This is not the door that I thought I was getting when I talked to Frankie about it he sliding door was the standard door and he forgot to tell me about it when he found out. I am not happy about the door but my husband likes it. If you are picky about shower doors get it in writing what kind you are getting.

Overall our experience was positive and I would encourage anyone to build a home with United Built.

We are first time builders and our house isn’t done yet, but so far our experience with UBH has been great. Dora has been so helpful and gone out of her way to make this a good experience for us. So far everyone we have worked with has been great. Always easy to reach and quick to reply to questions or concerns. Can’t wait for our house to be done!!

Jerry and Shane were the guys we worked with on building our home from start to finish. All materials used on the job and the work performed met or exceeded our expectations. If we had any issues at all with something during the process that we felt dissatisfied about they were always there to correct it without hassle. I have recommended and will continue to recommend United Built to anyone looking for a good quality home built at an affordable price.

My family should be moving into our new home soon. We are pleased with the entire UBH team working on our build. They have been upfront and honest with us during the planning through building process. We worked with Dora on the initial plans. She has been enjoyable to work with and made the process as easy as possible for us. So far, we are very pleased and glad we made the decision to work with UBH.

Bossier City Location - First-time Homebuyer did not know what to expect, our salesperson-Dora Brewton was great with helping us decide on our house design, cost and buildout. She was great to work with, a good listener and very knowledgeable of the process. We had a lot of questions, we always said to her, let us ask a question for clarification and not get bent out of shape of process or to make us feel that we should know the answer.
United Built Homes had all of the factors when we decide on using them: (1) Builder (2) No Intermin interest while in construction-No payments due Contruction of home (3) Had their own Lumberyard which keep our cost down. Deciding Factoring!
