Well, I called them because of the reviews. I left a message and called again the next day. No answer, no reply. Now it's the third day and still nothing. They may not be in business anymore. Anyway, I was hoping for a better experience.

We’ve had to use John at Ourso’s a lot. Every time he is able to diagnose or fix our appliances and at times told us what we could do ourselves or when the repair was more than the appliance was worth, he advised when not to do a repair. We would refer him to anyone. He knows his stuff.

We have used Ourso several times in the past to our satisfaction, but this time they disappointed us. We called them for washer repair on a Tuesday and were told a service person would come on Wednesday or Thursday. Wednesday AND Thursday came and went without anyone from Ourso coming to our home. All of our phone calls (at least 3 calls) went to voicemail, and none of them were returned. We did not bother to call Ourso again to complain or to find out why our appointment was not kept. We didn't see the point. Knowing why would not have gotten the work done, so we just called another appliance repair place.

Incredible service. Called him at 8 on a Friday night, and he came back out and fixed my 2 year old LG washer. Really a great guy. Highest recommendation.

John Delaney responded to my call to Ourso’s Appliance’s for dryer service. Mr. Delaney was prompt in arrival. He kept me abreast of his arrival time and was punctual. He repaired the dryer in a timely manner. He was polite and courteous and very respectful during his visit in our home. His rates were well within the norm for a service call in today’s market. He was neat in appearance and very tidy in his work area. So thank you Ourso’s for an excellent Job and a very pleasant technician.

Mr.Delaney responded to my voice-mail within minutes and knew what my problem was. He came out and had my washer fixed in no time at all. He even made sure everything was working as it should before he left. I will definitely call him again. .

You can tell John is a busy man, but he still wanted to make sure his customer was taken care of as soon as possible. He came and diagnosed the issue within minutes, told me what part to order to save me money, and walked me through how to swap the part easily! Highly recommended!

After discovering that my full freezer had decided to stop working, I contacted this repair company, desperate for same-day service. Mr. Delaney was very pleasant on the phone and quickly agreed to do same-day repairs. He was prompt, very knowledgeable, explained the needed services, and completed them in a timely, professional manner. Dryer broke and the repair man that was supposed to come cancelled. Called Ourso and he showed up within 2 hours on the same day and fixed my dryer and performed maintenance on the washer. He is very knowledge and walks through the repairs with you. He shows you the process and describes everything he does. He is very thorough and prices are reasonable. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Mr. Delaney found the parts we needed to fix the dispenser on our refrigerator and had it working in minutes. He was extremely nice and he was willing to work around my schedule to get the repairs done. Mr. Delaney responded to my service inquiry in a timely manner and stayed in constant communication with us until the job was completed.
