I called and made an appointment to have my range oven knob replaced and my igniter on my front burner replaced. The manufacturer sent the parts, the technician said t that they sent an oven igniter instead of a burner igniter. The technician installed the thermostat and oven knob. My igniter was lying on the counter. I informed him that I was going to send it back so that the company could send the correct one. When the technician left so did the igniter. When I called the person I spoke with said that he said he changed it out. How could he change it when it was still on the counter? All of the old parts were in the box except the igniter. Why would you not put the old igniter into the box and the package if you changed it out? The person I spoke with was adamant about him changing it. Why would you change it when I said I would send it back for the proper part. I have him on camera, couldn’t see the igniter, but my husband said when he left so did the igniter. They think that I am getting another igniter and calling them to replace it is foolish. I have had sub contractors when we built our home to steal materials. 👀 your parts, take pictures and monitor the process. I will not use them again!!!😱 you cannot trust people these days.

My 36yo Whirlpool upright freezer finally decided to have a problem. I bought the freezer brand new in 1983, & have had no issues with it until a recent storm blew through & brought my attention to the fact something wasn’t working as it should. Not knowing who to calI, I took to Google for reviews. I was quite disheartened with my search until I landed on Songy’s. The reviews read well, so I gave them a call. I had to leave a message, and thought “great, I hope someone calls me back in a timely manner.” Nathan phoned me shortly thereafter, and was extremely helpful & courteous. He scheduled an appt to come diagnose. He came out, looked it over, & told me what he thought was wrong. Gave me a quote to repair, ordered the parts, scheduled the return visit to install.
Even though we had to shuffle both appt times, it all worked out perfectly. I totally understand repair work timing isn’t scientific...things happen. So, I’m ok with being flexible, within reason. Plus, it always helps to be like that for when the shoe is on the other foot. Which did happen, & Nathan was nice to work out a solution that fit both our schedules.

I’m 150% satisfied with Songy’s & I highly recommend Nathan to any & all. He knows his trade, is honest, professional, super nice, & friendly. For the record, I couldn’t be home the day we scheduled the parts install, so feeling comfortable with trusting him, I left a key to my house outside. All went exceptionally well...no complaints here whatsoever.

After 24+ hrs, I’m happy to report my old freezer is perculatung along. By the way, I actually had purchased a new one (not delivered yet), but was hoping the old one could be repaired because “they just don’t make ‘em like they used to!” And that’s a fact. I’ve been told that by sales reps many times about refrigerators, microwaves, washers/dryers, etc. I’m a big believer in repairing the old if it’s cost effective. Needless to say, I’m over-the-moon happy being able to keep using my dinosaur lol

Oh, and by the way...I was in need of an electrician to install a couple extra indoor receptacles. My guy was booked, so I asked Nathan if he could recommend. He did, & wow!...another winner! Talk about a two-fer :)

Mr. Nathan and his Son in Law were AMAZING! They repaired both my dishwasher and dryer so quickly. Not only are they extremely professional and knowledgeable but just all around good people. They didn’t just repair my appliances, they also educated me on the issues that occurred! Would recommend to anyone! And will use them for now on! 😊

Had a GE fridge freezer the water was not filling the ice tray properly, resulting in water and ice collecting at the bottom of the unit. I left messages with quite a few appliance repair companies, and Songy's was prompt in returning my call to set up an appointment. The technician came out and found the issue a repaired it very quickly. I was really impressed with the customer service, and explanation of the issue. I wouldn,t think of using anybody else for appliance repair or service. Definitely 5 star service.

My experience with them is they sent out a boy that was still in high school that said I needed a evaporator fan. He charged me over $400.00 for it. After a week, I called and told them it did not fix it, I was having same the problem. He came back and agreed it wasn't that. So he set my refrigerator to go in manual defrost every 8 hours. I ask manager for a refund because he sent a high school child to diagnose and fix my refrigerator and he told me no. Now I am out over $400.00 and my refrigerator is still not fixed.

Nathan at Songy Appliance Repair fixed our dishwasher recently and our refrigerator previously. His prices are reasonable, and he follows up promptly when needed. It is easy to make an appointment with the company, and his staff is friendly.

I am so glad to have found Nathan Songy to make the repairs on our refrigerator. He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Nathan explained what was wrong and what needed to be done to make the repairs. And I seriously doubt a more honest and reasonably priced repairman of his caliber can be found. I will continue to trust Nathan Songy with all my home appliance repairs, and highly recommend him to anyone searching for qualified repairman.

Don't waste your time calling these people. I called for them to come out and look at a wall oven. There was a $85.00 service fee which I agreed to, to be taken off if they do the work. While on that same phone call I asked while they there if they could take a look at a wall mounted microwave as well. The technician came out and looked at the microwave and not the oven. Now they want to charge me another $85.00 to come and look at the oven which is why I called them in first place. Needless to say they will not be fixing the microwave or anything else for me. They want me to pay for thier mistake. Unbelieveable.

Very professional! Fixed our microwave issue quickly. Also made sure that everything, outside of our malfunctioning part, was operating properly. Provided feedback of how to avoid the same issue in the future. 10/10 would call this company again.

I decided to use this local company because I like supporting small businesses. Although they have a Friendly staff, answer and return calls etc, I was concerned that they only warranty parts for 30 days. However, they advertise that they use premium parts so I decided to use them. In December they replaced a drain pump on my LG Washing machine and I was good to go. 4 Months later in April it failed, without any warranty for service labor or part. I was advised this was a "better" drain pump the 2nd time. July, LESS THAN 90 days, it began to fail also. I called and brought my concerns to management about their warranty and it NOT being a premium part, obviously. They would not give any allowances, for labor or part. I chose to not use them and replaced my washer. So, just beware that you May not be getting a premium part.

Called about an ice maker repair. Nathan suggested that he thought he could walk me through the test to determine repair which he did. I was able to determine the problem and he then told me where I could locate the replacement part. We were quickly back in business. I would recommend him highly. Super helpful. It’s rare to find someone who would turn down a service call when that’s how he earns his living. Thanks again Nathan!

Nathan was quick to resolve my dryer problem. He has a great staff they were friendly and helpful. Reasonable price and quick turn around. Very happy!

Nathan came out today and repaired my Samsung oven & solved a freezer drain line issue. I called yesterday just before the close of business and he called me back within 2 hours then came out today! He was amazing! Professional, courteous and allowed me to observe and showed me all the things he was doing. 5 stars!!

I called Songy's after calling multiple companies who never returned my call. I called before hours and Songy's returned my call within 45 min. They were able to schedule me that day and took care of the problem with my dryer very quickly. The gentleman was knowledgeable and very professional. The price was fair as well. They will be my first call next time!!!!

My heating element went out. My fault my vent was blocked. Service technician came replaced element. Paid him he left I turned on dryer 2 minutes in it quite. Called songy they came and diagnosed the 2 breaks went.
Didn't carry the parts. Came back 2 days later replaced the fuse paid him he left. So I dried to dry again error code.
Went and bought another dryer. The whirlpool rep. Was there talked to him about my problem. He said it sounds like the wrong heating element. I will not be using them ever again 😤

Tom came to repair a dryer about 3 weeks ago, the dryer stopped a week ago. Got on the phone and called Nate and he set me up for an appointment today. I took PTO and it was a NO SHOW! Called and they said they didn’t put me me down. Wasted time. Now Michelle is not answering the phone . Just give me my money back. Bad business and I don’t do business like this. Just unprofessional.

Ethan and Jack did an amazing job!! They were knowledgeable, happy and eager to assist!! We received quality service !! We had an issue with our freezer, and I couldn’t go without it because of all the frozen meat and seafood in it!! So we ended up buying a new freezer and they had it delivered and set up within a few hours!! We will definitely be using Songy Home and Repair again!!

I called Songy Appliance to come and repair my dryer and I am so glad I did. Nathan took his time diagnosing the problem which I appreciated because I have already had this dryer repaired twice before and it's just a few years old. He also had time to look at my oven which had a faulty temperature sensor and he was able to fix it in no time. I found his prices reasonable and his service and knowledge of appliances was excellent. I will call him again the next time I have an appliance issue.

At first, I was very pleased with my experience at Songy's. I bought a used dryer and they were quick to send a repairman when it broke during the covered warranty. However, at some point during their repairs the dryer was repaired unsafely using electrical tape and causing high voltage and arcing, making this a danger to my family. When I called Nathan he insinuated that we must have done those repairs ourselves, which was untrue and upsetting because of the lack of accountability taken of such a serious matter. Eventually, he agreed to take a look at the dryer if we brought it in and we did. After SIX MONTHS of trying to get in touch with someone, and being told they were either on vacation or out sick, my husband was told they had been given permission to throw it out because of the cost of repairs, which they absolutely had not been. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I have an older model washer that stopped draining water. The Customer Service Rep was nice, as well as the service technician Ethan. Ethan was responsive and professional. He explained to me the issue in detail and was able to fix my machine the same day. I will continue to use this business in the future.

What a wonderful experience with a company. My 8 year old Samsung Dryer went out this week. I called on Wednesday and they came out Thursday. When the original repair didn't fix the problem, they sent someone out the next day. Eathan did a fantastic job, very polite and good customer service skills. Enjoyed working with everyone and would highly recommend.
