We are exceptionally pleased with Nathan. He worked hard to help us get a recall on our stove done when the company was less than responsive. After months of trying to get things moving on my own, we were so excited that Nathan and his crew were diligent and helped us get our issue resolved. Definitely call them for all your appliance service needs.

$140 diagnostic fee is excessive. Called to get them to fix my ice maker on my fridge. Said it was a sensor issue. Would be another $300 to fix issue. Decided not to go through with it and now after their visit, my fridge makes a terribly loud rattling noise which wasn’t an issue before. Won’t ever use them again.

Songy's will be the ONLY appliance repair service I ever use! I was amazed at how quickly they could work me into their schedule, especially since we were almost at a major holiday. Nathan was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He immediately diagnosed the problem with my gas stove and oven and had both fixed in about 30 minutes. I called Songy for the first time today for dryer service and received same day service which was very impressive. In walks Ethan who was very polite throughout having a tough time with my old dryer but he worked very hard and waited a while to make sure the dryer was running before leaving. He shared great tips, even got up some glass that was behind the dryer and other things. I felt he went over and beyond. And I would definitely call again for any appliance repairs!! Wonderful customer service! I had a 30 year old Spacemaker microwave that fit perfectly in my cabinets, and Nathan was able to bring it back to life for me! Everyone at Songy’s is so friendly, and they worked so quickly to get my appliance problem diagnosed and repaired. They called and kept me posted along the way too. Can’t say enough good things about this business. I highly recommend Songy’s Appliance Repair!

Nathan was phenomenal! Not only did he fix my dishwasher but also my dryer that Goreman brothers had told us would cost hundreds of dollars and another week to fix. Beyond happy.

Nathan was fantastic. He came back multiple times on multiple days to our house to resolve our fridge's problem. He gave descriptive answers and did not try to rush through the job or sell unnecessary gadgets or equipment. I would and will gladly recommend Nathan/Songy's to individuals in the future who have fridge issue and are unsure or not familiar with local repair companies.

I DO NOT recommend Songy’s Home and Appliance repair to anyone! They were called by my appliance insurance company to repair a dryer that was taking too long to dry. After the tech left, my dryer would not come on at all! I called them right away and they said the tech would call back. He never did. I called the next day, same thing. I had an appointment for a week later. Apparently the appointment was put on hold and no one can come out for another 5 days. I asked if the tech could at least come and fix what HE BROKE so my dryer could at least still come on. She stated that he could not come any sooner. The receptionist had an attitude and was very unprofessional.

Mr. Tom is very professional, punctual and honest. He explained everything to me and was very efficient in making the repair to my freezer. He was extremely knowledgeable and I felt comfortable having him in my home. the pricing was fair. I will definitely be using Songy for any future appliance issues that arise.

Songy's is awesome! We got them assigned as part of our home warranty and the second out home warranty assigned them, the receptionist called and scheduled an appointment for a tech to come out. She was very friendly and courteous. The tech that came was also super friendly and professional and he diagnosed and fixed the issue with our washer in less than 20 min. Will def recommend them and reach out to them directly in the future for any appliance repairs we may need.

I was very satisfied with my experience with Songy's. I had a leaking refrigerator. They came out within a few days of my call and only charged me for the service call. Ethan was very friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it rather quickly. He also explained what had happened and how to prevent it from happening again. I will definitely use them again.

The repair man came out to fix my ice maker on my fridge. I was charged $168. When he left he said the ice would start falling. I waited about wk and called back. I got asked was the water working. I said I had to wait tell someone to come to the house to tell me. I’m an invalid in the bed. Instead of sending a follow up person they told me I waited to long (after they told me they were waiting on part and it was on back order. So if a repair man came back to my house it would be $120 dollars. My name is Kerri Vaughn and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Will never do business with this company anymore. Needed to get a repair done on my washer, something to do with the suspension rods. Dude that came out here said it was $564. I pay, get the repair done and my washer was still not fixed. Then I called the company and get an attitude not only by someone named Kristy but the owner was nasty too. I guess since I'm a woman he feels he can talk to me like trash or I'm stupid. Even threaten me if I don't pay for them to come out again, he will take me to court. That's just nasty work. I had already saw some poor reviews but I just wanted to see for myself. Should have went with my gut. If anyone is reading this, please choose another company. One where the technicians actually know what they're doing and the owner is not a two-faced yeti. He says one thing and not only DOES NOT do the right thing, he is just nasty.

Technician couldn’t diagnose the issue and had to call another technician and the owner while in my home. I was quoted $500 to order the part, I ordered the part myself for $130 and it did not fix the refrigerator. I contacted the Manager who said it would be another $120 to come back out, even after their incorrect diagnosis, and promised a follow up call that never happened. Poor communication, misdiagnosis of the problem, and extreme markup. I do not recommend this company!!

If I could put a zero I would. I called because my fridge stopped cooling. I was told they would send a repair man out and that the service call would be $130. I was told he would be there between 1-3 so I arranged for someone to be at my house because I work. He called later to say that he would be a little after 3. So I let that person go and tried to make it home by 3 which is normal for me. He called at 3:05 pissed that I wasn’t home. I arrived at 3:11. No big deal so far other than the rudeness. Then he went to my fridge and started taking it apart including a trim kit around it. I took my dogs out back and sat by the back door which he acted like was a problem for him. I came back in periodically to check on him and he’d say things like “Whenever you’re ready I guess.” I guess he thought I was just going to stand there and watch him. Then he asked me for a ladder. I brought him one. Toward the end he said it was my compressor and that he doesn’t know but it would probably cost me $1600 and I might as well get a new fridge. Then he told me he wasn’t going to put the fridge back together with the trim kit because I might as well just keep it off. I said I wanted it back on (I don’t want my cats trying to push things under the fridge.) He said he’d have to charge me another hour to put it back on. He gave me no quote and no options and charged me $230 which he wrote on top of the $130 that I was quoted by the company. So an hour of my time, no repair options, worse off than he found it, and $100 more than I was quoted for nothing AND he started a leak from my freezer which he blamed on the installers (who installed it 6 years ago and hasn’t had any problems since). I called the office to tell them what happened and they said a service manager will call me back. This is almost 24 hours later and no call. Meanwhile a friend recommended someone who did work for them on their fridge. He found a small Freon leak, added the Freon and my fridge is working fine, without having to buy a new compressor or new fridge. Songy’s had no idea what they were doing, lied to me, gave me no repair options, and overcharged me and left a mess. I strongly recommend never doing business with this company. I did give them an opportunity to make it right before I posted this review, but they didn’t even make an attempt. The tech who is honest and fixed me up for a total of $250 including the Freon and actual repair was David Kade. He even balanced out my fridge and tightened the handles. Use him instead.
