After going through three companies coming out to my house I feel comfortable and the conversation to lol standford and son to take on the job of changing my evaporator calls and my compressor on the outside. They arrived at 1:45 PM and at 4:45 they were driving off. I have already recommended someone to them already have another job on my own that I’m waiting to get with them on and the prices you cannot be nowhere and I think them for it

If you have heating/air issues call Mr Stanford. He and his son arrived within 2 hours of my request for service. They checked my ac unit and determined the fan motor needed to be replaced. Mr Stanford located a fan and motor. It took them about an hour to go pick it up and an hour or so after their return my unit was running and cooling my house again. Stanford & Sons is now my go to company.

I CANNOT recommend Stanford Knocukm to anyone! I began looking for AC services Friday, Marh 15th. I wanted to get my exterior unit cleaned and then get a quote for my interior unit. Around 9AM that morning I called the business number listed on Google and didn't receive an answer the first time, but I did receive a text saying to "please text me". I was not only okay with this, but I appreciated it because it proved that he was busy, but still willing to communicate at any time with a possible customer. I texted explaining what I was looking for and left a brief description saying I wanted to hire him for AC cleaning and get a quote for further work while he was here. I got a phone call soon after and we discussed in depth of what I wanted, what it would cost, and how we would go about quoting the future work. He brought up that he would like to get me involved with looking at the work I was requesting with him so I can understand and visualize the job at hand. I felt this was very respectable and immediately wanted to schedule a date. Throughout our conversation I felt like he was an honest man and willing to go above and beyond. A majority of his Google Reviews also proved this. We then agreed and scheduled a date for him to show up the following Friday, March 22nd between 8:00AM-10:00AM. The following Friday came around and it was raining earlier that morning in my area, but ceased and continued with sunshine around 7:30. At 9:06 I received a text from Mr. Knockum saying that we'll have to reschedule due to the rain. I found this a bit odd because it wasn't raining anywhere near me by the time I received the text, but I was willing to do so without any issue because I understand stuff happens. We agreed to reschedule to Friday, March 29th between 8:00AM-10:00AM. The 29th comes by and 8AM comes by and I'm ready to move on with business. 9AM rolls by and I haven't heard anything. I understood the time was between 8-10, but I wanted to send a curtesy text incase Mr. Knockum may have not realized the time or was possibly running late due to whatever reason. I sent two texts at 9:15 checking to make sure everything was alright and if we were still meeting today. I received nothing back. 10 o'clock rolls by and I call his business number listed on Google to see what's going on. I would have been more than understanding if I had received any sort of text with almost any sort of explanation. I was just looking for communication because it is the main key to dealing business. When I called, he said "hello" 4 separate times times while I kept saying hello and was speaking. He then hung up the phone. I called the number again, it rang once, and then I was sent to voicemail. I then called the cell with his caller ID that I was texted from and it rang twice and I was sent to voicemail. I was sent a text saying "I call you back in a very bad spot". I responded saying please do. Since then I received nothing. Not a phone call. Not a text. He never showed up. I thought about reaching out again, but I feel if I had to jump through these hoops to get two failed arrivals and beyond poor communication then I may as well see about finding someone else. I do feel like he could have done great and I think it would have been a pleasure to work with him, but if I can't be given the time to uphold any appointments or any sort of explanation and communication, then I can't leave anything but a negative review.

Stanford and his guys were there on time and performed the task adequately and efficiently. They were very polite and professional. I will be using them for all my electrical needs.

AC wasn't blowing cold air and we couldn't figure out what the problem was. I called Stanford and Sons within an hour he was at my home running tests and completing maintenance. AC is working like new. Mr Knockum was prompt, very courteous, and reasonably priced. I recommend his business to anyone.

No complaints. Mr. Stanford Knockum was very knowledgeable and solved the problem quickly and efficiently. He also took video of the problem area, explained what needed to be done, and videoed after the work was done to show how freely the water was now running through the pipe. I would definitely recommend Stanford & Sons services and Mr. Knockum would definitely be the first one I call for all of my air conditioning needs. Happy customer!!!

Mr. Knockum did a coaxial cable outlet for me February 6, 2026. He exhibited excellent service as usual quickly, providing the service and also changed a light underneath my outside awning. He also informed me about different types of lighting that I may be interested in. I am very satisfied with his services.
