Stanford & Sons came out, diagnosed my issue and installed a new AC unit in 2 days. They arrived at the time expected and were very professional. I would definitely use them again if needed. Highly recommend!

Corrections:

Tech initials are SK or his name is Stan. He was very rude Friday August 23rd did not explain what's going on with my unit all together. I gave Standford 5 stars after they finish installing the coil. Now I want to give them a -10. When they arrived they went straight in the attic to check the AC coil. I asked is something wrong with the fan? No response. Then they inspected to outside unit. I asked is something wrong with the unit outside? No response. Minutes later SK asked me to come outside and look around the unit. It was caked up with dirt.in order to clean It will cost 125 for them to¹do it. If I do it myself do not call him and will not come to check nor fix it. Today is Saturday I found out from my coworker the tray under the AC in the attic full of water which a switch turned it off. We smpty five buckets full of water. I feel like i was taken advantage because a single women with two elderly living in the home.. Do not trust this company. Personally thank you for the half work done to my AC. Now I have less air and a big monthly finance bill. Thanks again
Respond to you no I did not. You were rush to go without me saying anything. You and your partner just left. An fto found you did not check the drainage when the first time you inspected my system. So. Thank you again for your services I hope an pray I will never cal you again for anything . Just to say how rude you were . I asked you guys from day one what is wrong with the system. Only the coil. Water under the pan and you called that inspecting the AC. Again thank you for taken advantage of elderly and a women for your services.

I just had the best experience ever with this company. Jeff the son was our technician. He was thorough, and very honest in his assessment of our AC. I called this company on a Saturday evening and with in 30 minutes the technician was here. Taking his time to make sure that the diagnosis of our problem was correct. Extremely polite and efficient. Just had the best experience with this company. Small story had a company come out to my place of business and said I needed to replace the entire unit. $13,500!!! No tools no anything couldn't tell me what was even wrong with the machine. So called Jeffco for a second opinion. The lady who answered the phone(Owner) was super nice and got her son out here the same afternoon. Came in with tools in hand and come to find out it was just a relay switch. He took the time to find the problem, looked at the wires, checked everything!!!!! He went ABOVE and Beyond to make sure to check everything, cleaned the unit and made sure I would have AC again. Best call I made was to that family!!

Jeffco came highly recommended from my brother who previously had high system worked on by them. They were very clean I had freshly painted walls they had to move near with a very old and decrepit air handler, not only did they manage to get it out without leave any marks on my walls but the floors were spotless when they left(that unit was extremely messy)The new system blows great! Price was definitely worth the service I received. I’ll be using them for any of my HVAC needs in the future.

Jeffco technicians deserve more than 5 stars. This is the 3rd time we needed a/c repair service. The first time was for a Freon leak at our other house. I was so impressed with their honesty plus their genuine kindness made me appreciate them (2 brothers) even more. . Years later, we inherited an older home that came with old equipment. I called Jeffco and now we are ready for summer with a brand new system. 5 stars for dependability, honesty, and professionalism. Very easy to work with and they treat us fairly. I will certainly keep their contact info for friends & family who might need their service. I know having a/c problems is stressful. Give them a call. They will fix you up.
