My technician Sean Hobbs was professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Thermal Solutions practices good communication and updates and sends a text when the technician is on the way.

I just wanted to pass along a couple “at-a-boys”! One for Ethen Bougeois for troubleshooting our unit at the end of his work day. One for Jacob Hadley for swapping out our compressor and getting us up and going so quickly. They both were courteous and very professional. I would also like to thank whomever chased the parts down, the scheduling person and for the office staff that kept us informed throughout the entire process.

Ethan and his co-worker (his name 🤔 escapes my mind) were outstanding in explaining the problem and the task at hand. They gave me all the important information to help me make an informed decision. My house is over 75 years old and it’s bones are strong which includes the outside A/C unit which flooded in the 2016 in 26” of water.
Thermal Solutions and Ethan will be called upon again when I have problems.

I have had Thermal Solutions maintaining my HVAC for at least 12-18 months now and they have been excellent.
I must say however that my spring tune up recently done by Ethan was the most thorough and complete service I have ever had. I'm sure all the technicians do great jobs - the outstanding aspect for me was the manner in which he explained what he was doing, the results he found and recommendations made. Grateful as well for the most recent callouts and repairs completed by Patrick and Jacob!

Thermal Solutions was the only company that could help me when my AC unit broke down and it was extremely hot outside. John P. arrived within the hour to inspect the unit — when needing to order a new part, he brought window units and installed them in my Master so I could sleep in cool temps. Nothing but super cordial, professional and kept me updated on the new install. I really appreciate Thermal Solutions and their amazing team! In fact, when the BR company couldn’t dispatch the day of or the following day to help me, I said who should I call then? And she said, Thermal Solutions.
