Martin is literally a godsend. He came out on the 4th of July when my AC went out and helped immediately. He also replaced my back air conditioner and fixed a problem with my front AC that had been plaguing us for over 1.5 years, which about 7 other HVAC technicians couldn’t figure out. He is extremely knowledgeable, a true expert in his field, and goes above and beyond for his customers. He does the job right and is the last HVAC technician you will ever need. Seriously, he is a workhorse with phenomenal work ethic and will make sure every single aspect of your AC is right.

I have had Smart Air come to my house now twice. Once to replace my air conditioner and the other to fix my drain. As it was not draining at the condenser. Both times they responded quickly to my calls they showed up on time and did the work quickly, efficiently and clean. They are honest and their prices are extremely affordable. They gave me a quote and and never charged any extra for any other work. I will use Smart Air every time I have an air conditioning or heating issue.

Talked to the girl in the office twice and I talked to Chad the owner once. All three times I was told I would be receiving a phone call to schedule service. That was three weeks ago. Good way to lose customers. I will never recommend these folks to anyone.

Called these guys up on Friday night and they came out and fixed my unit by Saturday afternoon! Casey was courteous and definitely knew what he was doing; they has me up and running in about an hour and we're really reasonably priced! Definitely recommend these guys!

Awesome service, 100% recommend. I called just before lunch on a Saturday and they had someone out a few hours later. The tech was professional and explained the issues and gave some pointers for the summer. I ended up having another issue the following day and they communicated immediately and had the same tech out per my request. They fixed the issue and offered any further assistance if needed. My pregnant wife and kids thank yall!

They came and worked on my air condition and had no clue what they were doing my air conditioner worked for about a week and then stopped working again and then when I called back they refused to come out and helped they told me to find someone else I would not recommend this place to anyone

Mr Tony and his team are amazing. Quick response and honest work. Chad was there when I got there and went right to work. He identified the issue quickly and did not try to over charge me for something I did not need. These are the ones to call if your a/c is broken.
