Easy to deal with and has all the knowledge to get the correct unit for my new house, also worked on my 20 year old unit and has it blowing as cold as the day I bought it.

Saturday, before Labor Day, A/C goes out. Called Geux HVAC. Technician came out, work done by 11:45 AM. Pan was full. A/C back on!!!! Love their service! Very appreciative!

They came out promptly and checked my a/c after a power surge and cleaned everything while they were there.

Amazing service. Tony is a life saver. Every time I call he's there quickly and goes above and beyond to fix the problem. I've had him repair my A/C, replace my furnace, and fix a propane leak in freezing weather. Each time I'm 100% satisfied with his work.

Tony and his son, Tyler, came out and fixed some ductwork in my home, while adding another vent in my MBR. They did a great job as usual… But I would like to give a big shout out to Tony’s son, Tyler, who is not only an incredible Electrician himself… but is using the latest technology which is creating a very customer oriented experience! Highly recommended!

My wife noticed the AC not running mid afternoon today, I was at work. I sent her Geauxhvac contact and said call Tony! Within 15 minutes Tony was there with his crew and the unit was up and running quickly! While there they gave the unit a good check up. He beat his own record this time. The young man who serviced my A/C Unit was very knowledgeable, polite and did not laugh at me for the poor way I had Installed the AC filter. He showed me the proper way to install it and said the AC unit should be working a bit better because of it. Thank you!

When my a/c stopped cooling, I called Air Doc and they were at my house 3 hours later. After attempting a cheaper fix, it was determined I needed a new compressor. It was installed by 3:00 that afternoon and has been working great ever since. Tony is always responsive and has very reasonable pricing compared to the competition.

I tried this company fir the first time because someone I knew used them and for the work they did for them the price seamed fair. This is a rental and they charged me $245 to clean the drain line and pump water out of secondary pan. they put on the invoice that the coil needed to be pulled and cleaned but did not put a price to have it done. Now exactly three weeks later the unit is doing the same thing and charged me $220 to do the same thing and want to say it is my fault. I have had coils clogged in the past and never had them pulled and cleaned and they NEVER did the same thing again in three weeks. Now they want to take the $200 off of an over price $850 to pull the coil and clean it. I can almost have a new inside unit put in for that much. they will not be my first call anymore. I know they can do better by calling landlords and letting them know what is wrong and a price when they at the job and the landlord can make the decision then.

We as home owners hate when something breaks or just wears out that we need to live comfortably, but when this type of mishap occurs it nice to have a company such as AIR DOC to get the job done! Tony is very professional and gets an A+ for his ability to get us back going quickly! He is very nice and willing to get you going.
