I would not recommend this company! They charged $100 to diagnose a problem with a refrigerator but never returned to actually fix the problem after calls and texts to Jack and Robert. Robert said he could change a part to easily fix it but later called and said he couldn’t fix it? Total scam. They collected a fee and walked away without fixing the problem. They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau after so many complaints from other customers.

Jack and Robert are very personable and professional with old school customer service that you don't see too often nowadays. They took care of my gas dryer issue (emitting a strong gas smell) same day. I would definitely use their services again.

While getting a whole-house generator installed at my house, the technician had to turn the gas off for a while. When the gas was turned back on, the technician couldn't get the gas oven to work. I then contacted Jack for emergency service. Instead of coming over, Jack was kind enough to talk to the technician on phone and gave him instructions, which worked. I truly appreciate his generosity and City wide appliance Repair would definitely be my Go-To place in future.

I called Jack and told him the problem with my clothes dryer. It wouldn’t start. He said is it the belt? I said I don’t know. He said go in and turn it manually from the inside, does it turn freely, or does it resist? I said it turns freely. He said it’s the belt, you need to replace it, I’ll be out tomorrow to fix it.
He came the next afternoon. The dryer was in a real tight spot making it difficult to work on. Jack persevered. He worked around it by the hardest. It was very tedious. A really tough job. He got to it and replaced the belt. There was lint build up everywhere. He cleaned it all thoroughly. It took a long time. He got it working again.
Then, I asked him to see why my washer wouldn’t work anymore. It was all clogged up from detergent. He cleaned all that up too and got it working again- the detergent and fabric softener dispensers.
Whew!! He got a lot accomplished. It all took a couple of hours.
We were extremely pleased, and so glad we called Jack. And, he came out on a Sunday, even though I said we could wait till Monday.
He will be our appliance guy from now on. 👍👍

Jack came out for my dryer that wouldn't heat up and smelled like smoke. He was very well mannered and was very straight-forward about the problem. His pricing is great and he solved my problem. Highly recommended.

Jack was called & came out to my mother in-law house in a timely manner. My mother in-law is 96yrs.old & I was immediately impressed with Jacks personality and professionalism towards her. He went to work & found the problem gave her a price to which she was happy and agreed so Jack repaired her oven. Then out of kindness he looked at her refrigerator drain and solved that issue also. I always look for a professional work ethic & personality which Jack is all that. He will be my go to guy at CITY WIDE APPLIANCE REPAIR if I have any appliance problems in the future.
