No return phone calls, just found out a duct wasn’t even properly connected which lead to water leaking in our house, we reached out several times and left messages but they had cashed our check so they weren’t concerned. Would not recommend.

Initial Call was good, was able to get an idea of the costs and services. Due to Ida, appointment times could only be made about a month and a half out for an estimate. I took the day off work and about a half hour before the appointment I received a call that they could not make my appointment time. They said I may be able to be seen later in the day so I told them my availability. Never received a call for a follow-up estimate.

Troy and his crew did a job that took 2 weeks, they did a good job. Then a year later the mold came back....took me 2 weeks to get in touch with Troy. Once he finally called me back he was supposed to come back and look at the issues and never heard from him again.....they did good work but not reliable to call you back or show up

My wife and I recently purchased a home that smelled like an old smoking hotel room. The HVAC inspection showed that there was mold and cigarette tar in the ducts. We got Troy to come out to clean the duct work. Combined with professional carpet cleaning (Burns & Allen's Flooring) and some interior painting (JR Painting), the house no longer has even the faintest trace of a cigarette odor. The air coming out of the ducts is clean and fresh smelling. We are very pleased with Troy's work and recommend him.

Cajun Duct Cleaning came out to my home for a dryer vent cleaning. They were fast, efficient and affordable. They answered all my questions and followed up on the services I had received. I would definitely recommend the company for any ac or dryer vent services.

Troy and his team were WONDERFUL! Highly recommend using their services for any home. We recently moved into a 2-story modern style home in Metairie with massive windows surrounded by trees. We had a whole home de-humidifier installed due to moisture issues and were told that our AC was actually heavily sweating/possibly had mold growth that should be tested. Welcome to New Orleans...you gotta see the special man!!! Troy was prompt, professional and very clear about what was happening and what did and did not need to be done. Troy and his crew did a great job sanitizing two commercial AC systems. They replaced vents and old flex ducts overnight at The Olive Branch Cafe in Marrero. I was very pleased with their work. Customers and employees noticed the clean smell and improved airflow.

Cajun duct cleaning did a great job at my house. The air quality was not good in my home. And their was a bad smell coming from the air vent. After the job was completed, the smell was gone and I could breath easier. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Troy has an AMAZING team of professionals willing to go above and beyond to tackle difficult situations. They completely replaced our father in law's a/c duct system. The home had over 30 years of both smoke and animal dander. My father-in-law needed his home cleaned thoroughly before he was able to leave the hospital. Troy was able to fit us in so that he could come home. When I told my father-in-law that he was going to be able to come home because Troy was able to fit us in, he finally smiled. I would HIGHLY recommend Troy and his TEAM!

Troy and his crew were very responsive, professional, and conscientious in protecting our floors and furniture from their equipment. In addition to the duct cleaning, they made some improvements to our duct system to reduce potential for mold growth, including the addition of UV filters. For the first time in years, I am not waking up with the continuous congestion/gunk in the back of my throat. I would recommend their services!

I had hired Cajun Duct Clean before when I need our air ducts cleaned and maintenanced, but this past week when the weather changed and I found myself using the heating system daily it decided to go out. I called Cajun Duct Cleaning and spoke with Troy who came out to my home immediately. It was after hours, dark, and cold but Troy maintained a positive attitude and was able to make the repair that sameday. This company is always reliable and my go to for whatever services I need!

Great job. They found mildew in the return air, fixed it and cleaned all the ducts in 1 day, It was a 1800 soft condo in the French Quarter which isn’t the easy place to work.

Cajun Duct Cleaning Company performed Mold Remediation on my home Oct.2019. Troy (the owner), was very knowledgeable about the mold growth & treatment options.The guys were on time and very professional.They cleaned and treated the mold growth on my vaulted ceilings and wood beams. We're very pleased with the work performed. Total time to perform job was two days. I would definitely recommend this company.

We had Cajun clean and coat our ducts. They were very conscientious about keeping the house clean during and after their work on the ducts. I was very pleased with that given I've had contractors etc in the house quite a bit who were far less tidy during the course of their work. They did a good job and everyone on the team was pleasant while they were at our house. They were on time arriving and finished in 2 days as they planned.

I have used Cajun Duct Cleaning two years now. They did a fabulous job on my ducts after 30 years of never cleaning, repaired needed areas, replaced small areas and set airflows. My house is clean and fresh now!! I have used them twice for maintenance of AC and airflow. They are very reliable, responsive, nice and respectful!!! And yes, they are very fair priced. Troy will let you know exactly what is going on and what you need. Highly recommend!! Need I say more….

Troy and his team went above and beyond! My ac ducts were filled with mold like debris and my vents had the remnants of years of this on them. His team tackled the house in one day and serviced my air conditioner and did some miscellaneous repairs all at the same time! Troy explained everything in a simple to understand matter and was very fair ! I would rate them higher if I could! Great company and wonderful customer service! If you need anything AC related call these guys, you won’t be disappointed!

Cajun saved the day. Troy and his crew showed up immediately for me and remediated a major issue with precision. They were responsive, exact, and professional in their work. I mostly appreciated how Troy, the owner, was often on site and managing or carrying out the work. He has a decent size team but still makes it a priority to be on site, ensuring great service.

The team at Cajun Duct Cleaning did a fantastic job on the project at my home. The crew of 4 showed up on time, they were very organized and professional, effectively protected my floors and furniture and did a nice job cleaning up. Also, I am very pleased with the finished product and will definitely use them again.

We initially contacted the company and scheduled an appointment with Troy. He visited our home, assessed the issue, and provided a detailed estimate. Troy is an excellent salesman—knowledgeable, persuasive, and clearly passionate about the product, which ultimately sold us on moving forward with the service.
Unfortunately, that was the last interaction we had with him. The work crew arrived as scheduled, but there was no follow-up from Troy during or after the job. While the team did complete the work, the execution lacked attention to detail.
For example, some of the protective coating ended up on our floor, and instead of cleaning it, an employee moved our couch over the spot. Fortunately, my wife noticed it and asked them to clean it up. Additionally, mold was left on the top of our HVAC unit. When I pointed it out, the technician simply covered the area with material instead of properly cleaning it, which was inconsistent with the rest of the unit that had been cleaned.
The crew also installed a shut-off switch and left extra, unnecessary parts inside the HVAC unit. They replaced an air return with a larger one, which required cutting into the wall. However, they did not consult us before making this modification to our home.
I called the office to provide feedback—that while the job was completed, the workmanship was not up to the standard we expected given the cost. I have yet to receive a return call.
In summary, while the initial consultation and sales experience were positive, the follow-through and quality of execution by the service team left much to be desired. Improved communication and greater attention to detail would go a long way in enhancing the overall customer experience.

Great quality air after duct cleaning of both central a/c units. Didn’t know what I was missing in air quality! They installed a second floor vent in an addition room that was tough to reach from the attic. They installed a new vent through the floor of a downstairs room with no circulation. They found a duct that was severely corroded and fixed it. Fast lead time from quote approval to job finished. Best price for the duct cleaning. Recommended by other local a/c repair and service companies. Great job.
