The Cajun Duct Cleaning and Sanitizing team did an awesome job from start to finish on the project services at our home. They started on time. The team worked together first to cover the flooring with drop cloths and plastic covering over the furniture pictures and personal items etc. The crew was very courteous, respectful and skillful performing all the services they provided.for 2 A/C system units. Plus other services needed.
Upon completion of all the services they provided they also did an excellent job of cleaning up and vacuuming the floors, and carpet areas. Since the work was done we have noticed better air flow from registers etc. We are very satisfied with all the work they did and would recommend Cajun to anyone who needs their duct work cleaned and or A/C systems cleaned, serviced and sanitized.

Cajun Duct Cleaning did a great job of cleaning the ducts in my home, updating grills, sanitizing and mold prevention. The staff was professional and the owners were also very helpful when I had questions, concerns and flexible with payments. I was not home when the work was done, and they sent pictures, and I was able to have a FaceTime conversation for an inspection the work. My home smells fresher and the AC is even cooling better. I'm very pleased with the quality work and the friendly, professional and caring customer service.

Great experience with this team. They were quick to respond to my call, the service and parts were reasonably priced, techs were polite and very efficient. I how I don't need them again soon but, if I do, I will definitely give them a call.

They were very helpful in diagnosing my problems. And they came out on the same day within the exact time range they said they would come. EXTREEMLY friendly person who answered their phone calls and friendly service tech. Not to mention the service call was EXTREEMLY affordable.

Called these guys at around 11 am after trying to find someone in a couple other companies including the one I have used for a couple years who said on thier web page they have 24 hour service but I found out today they dont. Anyways they said that Blaine would be out at 2 and he showed up at 1 and had it fixed within 15 minutes. From now on this is my AC and heating company for anything I need on that system

Fast and efficient service even during the hot summer days in New Orleans. Our compressor went out on a Monday afternoon and Comfort Specialists had someone on location no more than 30 minutes after my call. They diagnosed the problem and said they would be back tomorrow for the fix. True to their word, the very next morning we had a new compressor installed and cool air flowing through our house while it was 91 degrees outside. I cannot thank them enough in their swiftness to get us cool air.

Comfort Specialists always does a timely and thorough job, whether it’s an emergency or a routine matter. I never wait long for them to come out and do work on the HVAC system. They are also very transparent with pricing, and have gone out of their way to save me money on my home projects. They have my highest recommendation. Charles, Blaine, and Clay are awesome!

My HVAC system was affected by a power surge. I was able to get an appointment the next morning. Blaine was my technician. He did a very thorough job troubleshooting the unit and getting it back up and working. Not only was he a great tech, he also provide excellent customer service.
