Jony and Daniel came for my fall winter heating maintenance appointment today. They were good communicators, punctual, and efficient. Bill was reasonable and includes spring AC maintenance. They're attentiveness to my AC Heating systems is much appreciated.

I called National Air to get a second opinion about my AC system suddenly failing to cool my downstairs. After my normal AC service company advised me that the cause of my downstairs unit not cooling was due to my two stage compressor having failed, they proposed that I would need either to replace and upgrade the existing system at more than 10k$ or opt for an all new system install at almost 20k$. Robert came out from National Air and quickly and thoroughly diagnosed that the system compressor was running fine at both stages, although the temperatures and pressures were slightly off of expectation performance. He then continued to troubleshoot the system until he found that the issue was an undersized solenoid valve failing to allow cooling fluid into the downstairs unit. He further diagnosed the failure to be in the thermostat face plate, which was not supplying power to the right controls when commanded to cool. Total cost for the replacement part was $100. The system now works fine. Quite a difference in cost that was realized by thorough and diligent troubleshooting, curiosity, and problem solving.

My highest praises and recommendation for Robert and National Air! Good people will always have my highest approval. Much appreciated!

I would like to specially recognize Doglas for his service today and most of all his expertise. What could have looked like a major costly issue to some, he found the fix to be a minor electrical issue. Without Doglas expertise, we could have spent alot of money just to find out after it was something so minor. I will continue to use national air and when I do specifically request Doglas.

They were able to schedule me on the same day, their tech, Johnny, gave me straight talk, and their prices are totally reasonable. They're coming back again this week. It's a great day when you feel like everything was fair and well-done.

Tech returned and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. That's what people want, and I'll buy that service, any day!

National Air installed heat and air conditioning in 3 of the 4 units in this raised shotgun double. Christine and Maria, in the office, and Jony the technician, have always given us great service. If we have a problem or need maintenance, Jony can take care of it. Very satisfied. I just wish Freon was less expensive.

Incredible service! Carlos went above and beyond to identify the heating problem and use his extensive expertise to quickly fix it and advocate for me to my landlord. (And his kindness to my pets was so appreciated.) Highly recommend to everyone!!!
