I have been using Caribbean Breeze since 2014 with no complaints, so my wife and I trusted Carlos to put a complete brand new A/C & Heating system in our house.
He listened to what we wanted and installed exactly what we asked for. Carlos and his work crew were professional, knowledgeable, honest, and just all around good people.
I have included a few pictures to show his hard work in his profession, and dedication to satisfy his customers.

Our A/C went out earlier this week.

Carlos got to us in a timely fashion and not only got us cool again, but diagnosed why our heat didn't work last winter and fixed that as well.

All within about 3 hours and that includes the time going to get the part for the heater.

He is extremely professional, explained everything to us, and was exceptionally priced.

Hopefully we won't need him again anytime soon (no offense Carlos), but he will be the first call we make!

Carlos did an excellent job. Very professional, courteous and efficient.
He insisting on getting all our HVAC problems solved. He went above and beyond discovering our problems and proceeded to fix same in timely and safe manner.

Carlos was fantastic to work with. He was extremely responsive and easy to get in touch with—he returned calls quickly and communicated clearly about timing and when he would arrive. From the moment he came by, he was friendly, professional, and very patient in explaining what was going on with our AC. He took the time to walk me through the process so I actually understood the issue and what needed to be done.

He was also incredibly kind (even great with my dog!), which made the whole experience much more comfortable. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable. It’s rare to find someone who is this responsive, knowledgeable, and personable. I highly recommend Carlos if you need AC repair.

Keith was very Pleasant and did a wonderful job explaining everything to me that was wrong with my AC. it was a pleasure having him in my home fixing the issue and he made me feel comfortable with knowing the job would be done correctly.

We had the best experience with Tory!!! We were skeptical regarding using the smaller, newest 3 ton unit. Never did we expect our sales person to invite us to her home to hers in operation. We are more than satisfied....add to that Tory came to do a post installation visit and discovered something that should have been done and was not-she schedule a time for that work to be completed. I have worked with Express Heating & A/C for years. They have always been good. Recently, I had an issue w/ my Central A/C not turning off. Tory, on the phone, gave me an easy fix in removing the digital thermostat and allowing it to reboot. Fixed! No charge and this was early morning on a Saturday. I know they didn't have to come out, but they were available and responsive even on a weekend. Kudos! Thanks, Robert K.

After being given the run around and overcharged and given the run around by another local company, I called Express to help with my warm home. The ladies in the office were very friendly and helpful. They sent their technician Josh over the next morning. He was on time and very professional. He added freon and die to my system to detect the leak and promised to return in 2 weeks. I was very pleased with my experience with the Express team! I will only use them for my a/c and heating needs going forward!

Keith was an absolutely great service tech. He was on time, very knowledgeable, very thorough and extremely professional. He fixed my issue very quickly. I'm very pleased with the service I received. I would use them again, and I would request Keith.

On April 26 had to reschedule with technician Jimmy because he wanted to come at 10pm instead of 1 pm as scheduled. Lisa said that it would have to be rescheduled. So He came at the correct schedule time on May 10. He was rude and wanted to put an old capacitor in and he started to tell me to go away so he can do his work. I called AHS. Jimmy said he was told to take it away the capacitor and leave by his management. I told him to do so and I will speak with his company and AHS. He never looked at the 2nd ac and said he needed a evaporator coil because of leak. He never did look or go to the 3rd AC on third floor
Because it had condensation. Terrible disposition from a technician.

I had to reschedule an appointment again that came out on May 14, a new technician came out named Josh. He was polite and new how to talk what was
Wrong and put in a new capacitor that was in a box and a start up. He went upstairs and pulled out the relay on the handler. He said he would have to come back if got okay to see where the leak was by putting a dye in the tubing.
He came back on the 17 and found was wrong. He got it cooler on third floor and my first night I slept soundly without sweating. I hope it stays that way. Josh was a God sent. Thank you for hiring someone knowledgeable. He a top of his game.

Joshua quickly addressed the issue and fixed the the issue I was having with my AC. He talked me through what he was fixing and what to look out for in the future. Grateful for his service and how easy he made the appointment.

Justin was assigned to my service call. He was professional & explained what the problem was with my heating unit. He also advised me on what the maintenence would be necessary to keep the unit working well and preventing it from happening again. A+ service with Justin & Express. I will be recommending both to others!

Keith Myles was on time and he did a great job fixing my system he's a professional young man. He explained everything in details after he was done fixing the system. I purchased a top of the line Daikin heat pump and Fit condenser from another company. They were unable to make it work appropriately. Steve Bayer from Express AC and Heating came and quickly identified the problem. Had his team fix all the incorrect installations and set up the system to run like a charm. More importantly for me, he always explained what he and his team were doing, how they were fixing the problems and how this was going to work. His explanations were right on the money. I even called him my "AC Doc". He is highly knowledgeable and fully committed to working with you.

Justin, our Express Technician, is top tier….hands down the best. He blew me away with his knowledge, professionalism and practical advice. You don’t come across this often these days. They called me same day I made the service call. The lady on the phone (I wished I remembered her name) was very nice setting time and date. Today the Professional technician Jimmy was very knowledgeable A+. On time and very nice person. Knowledgeable at what he does. Great company 5 🌟
