They removed and replaced a decades old furnace/AC and ducts. The new system works wonderfully. Thanks to technology it’s far smaller and far more efficient.

Rob’s A/C did an excellent job changing out the evaporator coil on our HVAC. The work ethic of their installers and techs is exceptional - efficient, knowledgeable, and very polite. Their office staff is a pleasure to deal with, making scheduling a breeze. Kudos to Dustin, Matt, Samir, Haley & Emily. We’ll definitely call Rob’s A/C whenever we need work done in the future.

Representative arrived on time. He performed his inspection and spent the necessary time to explain his findings. He also explained that we might benefit from adding an air scrubbing device to cleanse our air. He provided good information to help us research this type of product and make a decision.

Rob's AC & Heating is a great company to deal with. Their technicians are professional and knowledgeable. Answers any questions you may have and explains what they will be doing. The office staff is friendly and accommodating. They can give lessons on how to run a service business. I wish they also had a auto repair business.

I have been a Rob's customer since 2006. They have been a family-owned business all these years, and they have always been responsive and helpful when I need them. I especially appreciate the service manager, George, whose approach is to fix, not replace, until fixing is no longer the best option. Rob's kept my two old HVAC systems running until each reached the end of its service life. I am one of those guys who wants to use everything I buy until it can't be used any more, and when I replace it I look for the best product at the best price. When the time was right, Rob's replaced both of my old systems with Daikin equipment. The difference in comfort and noise inside my home is amazing. One system has a traditional 2-speed compressor, and it runs quietly and is strong enough to cool both floors of my house perfectly. I could not believe how much better this unit works than the old one, which could not cool the upper floor. In the five years I've owned it we've had two repairs, both covered under the Daikin 12-year parts and labor warranty. Unfortunately, one was a bad evaporator coil and that is a major repair. Rob's took care of it and I have no complaints. This summer, Rob's replaced the other old system, that we bought from them in 2006, with a Daikin FIT variable-speed unit. We are just getting used to it, but so far it is keeping us cool and it is super quiet, as promised by Steve, the owner of Rob's AC. Here is a photo of the Daikin FIT. It's about half the size of the condenser it replaced, and it makes about half as much noise running at top speed, too. On low speeds I can barely hear it. I am hoping to get many years of service from this new unit. The installers, Johnny and JD, were hard-working and friendly and did everything as I expected. Steve gave me a very fair price on both Daikin systems and he answered/resolved all my questions and concerns before, during, and after the installation. You really can't ask for a better HVAC contractor than Rob's AC. I'm glad they have been here for me, for more than 18 years.

Tech was on time and no nonsense. Worked well and efficiently. Told what had to be done and didn't try to repair knowing he would probably have to come back.
