Great company to call for AC/Heating and Electrical repairs and equipment upgrades. We have used Best Services numerous times for repairs, upgrades and new construction and have always been 100% satisfied with their work.

I called Best Services to get advice on an overhead service issue. They let me know what needed to happen. They also pointed out the code infractions that were present at the electrical panel. Luckily I was able to sell the property as is, but I let them know to call Best Services to do the work!

To say that Best Services is #1 above all other heating, AC, and generator sevice and sale companies would be an understatement. From the initial conversation with the representative, Tory, and the service technician, through the completion of the work, they are nothing but professional and experts. The work they do is done right the first time. I have never had them return for the same issue. Don't make the mistake of calling any other company.

It's summer time. It was a birthday for an 84 year old man who is on hospice and expecting a few visitors for a small celebration. One problem. The air conditioner went out. Best Services got the call and understood the urgency and had someone to our home within an hour for a problem that took only 15 minutes. Thank you Thank you Thank you. I am high dissatisfied with my experience with Best Services of Louisiana, LLC due to the following:

1. Failure to Properly Diagnose and Resolve the Issue: Unable to accurately diagnose the problem with my air conditioning unit. Despite their visit, the issue remained unresolved.

2. Lack of Prioritization: Best Services of Louisiana, LLC did not prioritize the remediation of the problem. They were unresponsive to the urgency of the situation and failed to provide timely solutions, causing significant inconvenience.

Unreasonable Proposal: Best Services of Louisiana, LLC proposed that we go without air conditioning for five days to prevent secondary damage to my home. This suggestion was unacceptable, especially considering the high temperatures and potential health risks involved.

Non-Covered Service Claim and Fee Collection: Best Services of Louisiana, LLC advised that the resolution of the issue was not a covered service under my home warranty and collected a $150.00 fee for the service call.

Request for Reimbursement: Given that the services rendered did not address or fix the issue, I requested reimbursement of the $150.00 service call fee.

Reimbursement Declined: Best Services of Louisiana, LLC declined my request for the $150.00 reimbursement, adding to my frustration and disappointment with their service.

In summary, their inability to diagnose and fix the issue, coupled with their lack of urgency and unprofessional handling of the situation, has left me highly dissatisfied. I strongly advise against using Best Services of Louisiana, LLC for any HVAC services and urge the home warranty company to reconsider their association with this provider.

Thank you for your response. I would like to address several points and provide an update on the situation.

First, I appreciate your attempt to diagnose the issue with the drain line. However, after your service, the problem persisted. Fortunately, I have since had another company come out to address the issue. They successfully resolved it and confirmed that there is no plumbing issue causing the water to leak from the air conditioning drain line.

Given that the problem was ultimately resolved by another provider and that your service did not effectively address or fix the issue, I am reiterating my request for a reimbursement of the $150.00 service fee. The fee was charged for a service that did not resolve the problem, and as such, I believe it is only fair to receive a refund.
