This company doesn't believe in giving notices to residents of neighborhoods before they tear up their Street. If your car is in the way they either go around it or tow it.
Reckless truck drivers on the road. Had a dump truck from this company tailgating the back of my vehicle and I was just driving the normal speed on the road. The driver started honking at me as if I was in the wrong. The truck was too close to my vehicle. Like what would happen if I were to brake my truck. He would hit up my truck which will be bad news for the company.
Definitely reckless drivers. My house has been shaking every day. They are slamming parts of the broken street down. My house is elevated and given the soil conditions, ongoing construction that continues to shake my structure is damaging it and I have very detailed pictures. I don’t really understand the rhyme or reason why the city of New Orleans just had a contractor a couple months ago dig up the exact same areas on my street. It appears the contractors don’t talk to each other. The city doesn’t keep tabs on who is doing what or even monitoring when the work is complete. There is no reason the same sections do the street are being dug up again. I’d advise that people take a lot of pictures of their home. Document the differential prior to their work like I did and show there has been movement after. Document any cracks and you have a potential lawsuit on your hands.
