Called Sunlight on Monday and to my surprise had Clayton come out that afternoon to give me a quote. I was not quite ready to do the job, I was going to remove ceiling sheetrock myself, but Ashley did a fantastic job keeping up with me for when my renovations were complete (which was over a month). I called on a Friday and let her know I was done and the very next Monday the team with Corey was here. They said they would be here by 9 am, but they were beyond punctual and was already starting around 8:30. All of the guys that were part of the spray team, even Clayton, Ashley and IRA were super friendly and showed an eagerness to get the job done right and that my satisfaction was guaranteed, and it was. From the first night, my attic was no longer drafty and did not match the 39 degree cold, it was closer to the 60s I would say. Super satisfied and I can't wait for summer to be able to spend time upstairs in my newly insulated attic/renovated room.
These guys came out on time and were very professional and friendly. They called ahead to let me know they were on the way and to confirm the appt time. They did an excellent job removing the old insulation from the attic. The owner actually came out to meet me and to make sure I was happy with his staff. It was much appreciated. When I originally got the quote they sent out a very knowledgeable team member he didn't try and sell stuff I didn't need and was honest. I recommend this company for all your insulation needs.

I recently moved into the home that I was raised in and, as expected with any older home, I had many issues to address. I had a new a/c unit installed; however, the temperature in the home always exceeded the temperature set on the thermostat. I eventually learned that the insulation in my attic was insufficient and partially to blame for my cooling issues. I found myself in need of an insulation company. I asked around and a friend located Sunlight Contractors, LLC on Angie's List. I called other companies as well to ensure I received the best deal at the best price. The initial quote from Sunlight Contractors was above my budget; however, Ira advised me of a more affordable option. Ira's professionalism, the business' reputation, and the fact that Ira provided videos and documentation to ensure I was well informed of the various services the company offers, made my decision to choose Sunlight Contractors a "no brainer". I had my service completed and the company exceeded my expectations!!!! Though the insulation has lowered the temperature in my home, I've continued to have cooling issues (unrelated to the attic insulation). Sunlight Contractors has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure I'm satisfied and comfortable in my home. They even came out to work with my a/c repairman to conduct thermal imaging in an effort to identify and resolve the matter. The images revealed that my walls aren't insulated and the temps are registering 100+ degrees. As such, I'll entrust this service to Sunlight Contractors as well. I know the job will be done properly and all of my home's needs will be met!! I called Sunlight Contractors to help me resolve an issue with a home I just purchased. It was a very unique situation that required extensive knowledge on insulation and vapor barriers. I was very pleased to see that Sunlight Contractors had a very informed staffed that took the time to evaluate my problem during the quoting process. They gave me several recommendations along with some really great information on how to resolve the issue (all of this before signing a contract with them). In the end, I had Sunlight Contractors spay closed cell foam under my raised home. They sprayed the entire first floor, including the joists. The installation was superb (I looked over every inch after it was completed) and the installation staff was on time and very thorough. As an engineer, I design buildings for a living, I really understand energy efficiency, and I deal with contractors on a daily basis. I highly recommend Sunlight Contractors for your home or business as they are an honest contractor who does the job right.
Set up an appointment with this outfit for the following day. Was told a fellow living in New Orleans would arrive between 2 and 3 pm. No confirmation call was forthcoming so I attempted to call all three numbers on their appointment e-mail. Two were not connected. Side issue but didn’t help. At slightly after two pm, got ahold of someone who knew nothing of appointment. Secretary then called after that person got ahold of her. Her response was the fellow attending the appointment had an emergency. Asked if I wanted to set up another appointment. Guess my response. Thoughtless and unprofessional to not have called and canceled appointment. Makes me wonder where all the five star ratings are coming from…
