I've been using Lobb-Alexis for over 30 yrs. and have always been satisfied with my regular service and special calls ( a problem with a plant or ground hornets). At one point I decided to save a little money and canceled my service, that lasted about 6 weeks when I saw the difference in my yard and signed back up. The crews are great and Ms. Betty and the office staff are always helpful

It has always been a pleasure to work with Alex. He is very professional, addresses my concerns and provides informative answers. I currently have bald spots in my front lawn and having weeds growing in these areas. Different fertilizers and insecticides were applied and this is a work in progress. My hope is that with Alex's help, my lawn will be restored.

Ron was fantastic! We recently rejoined the Lobb-Alexis family after a brief hiatus, and we are so glad we returned thanks to Ron! He was very patient and knowledgeable about our various shrubs, St. Augustine grass, and even weeds too! Ron was very thorough when applying treatments to the lawn. Ron was able to answer all of my questions as well!

Ronnie has been with the company for ages. He is of course the best! He is so friendly and truly cares about his customers. We have worked together for a very long time. 20 years or more and I actually love when he comes to do my yard and landscaping. He takes his time and any questions or concerns I have he is so knowlegeable about plants and trees etc. I can't say enough about Ronnie. All the technicians at Lobb Alexis or outstanding, but Ronnie has the seniority and in all the years we have worked together I've never had a single problem with him. I have literally zero weeds in my yard and I have alot of yard. I can't believe more people do not use Lobb Alexis. Some of my landscaping goes back 40 years and thanks to Lobb Alexis they are still thriving. I see so many people in River Ridge who are constantly replacing plants and landscaping because they don't have lobb alexis out there taking care of their plants and grass. They are crazy. Its alot cheaper in the long run to have a service like Lobb Alexis. Way cheaper I can tell you. And you only pay every other month but if you have concerns inbetween they will come out free of charge and I have had to get them out here sometimes 2x between the services. I've had chinch bug and some kind of terrible flys, all kinds of stuff that if I had not had Lobb Alexis my lawn would be in terrible shape. And they also do the service to protect my trees too. So yea Ronnie is the best and Lobb Alexis is the best too. I literally have the most beautiful lawn free of any weeds in Cherokee Court I can guarantee you that. and I know cuz I walk my dog every day for the last 10 years. its a no brainer if you have nice landscaping and yard and want it to stay nice--get Lobb Alexis, you won't be sorry and hey ask for Ronnie. I was interested in getting a quote and submitted my information through their website. Almost immediately, I started receiving calls and texts. A few days later, they actually texted me at 1 a.m.—which is just insane. Not exactly the best way to win over a potential customer

He was so nice. He explained all that he was doing. He took his time to deal with the whole yard with all of its issues. Gave me advice about moving forward.

Alex was very helpful and explained problems with lawn. I will be getting sand to fill in low spots in yard, As explained to me the chemicals you are using now will perform better with level areas. I appreciated his advice and he was very thorough about the process. He was very polite and took his time explaining the new process to me.

It seems my yard is having some issues and not responding to a lot of treatment, but this technician was great and gave me some information on it and went above and beyond to try to see if we can get something working. He was super knowledgeable and spent a lot of time explaining and very easy to understand terms what’s going on and what could possibly be done. He had a ton of knowledge.

David was extremely knowledgeable and thorough when attending to our lawns and trees. We’re very pleased with his knowledge, attitude and experience. Lobb-Alexis is a very professional and knowledgeable company when it comes to caring for your lawn and plants. I highly recommend this company.

I'm a new client with this company. I have had other companies for the last 4 yrs. My yard had every weed know to mankind and every insect in the Parrish chose my yard to live in I was in tears watching my once beautiful yard become awful. Mike has started a recovery program with me and helping me to restore it . I am very optimistic that he will get it looking beautiful again. Thank you for being patient with me.!!!! Thanks Mike!!!!

5 Stars) Greg did an excellent and through job of spraying our tree, making sure he covered all areas of it. As a result, we no longer have an infestation problem. In fact, they came out a week or so later and verified it and sent me a notification along with photos. I’m very pleased! I have been using Lobb’s services since the early 80’s, and I wouldn’t use anyone else. I highly recommend them!

We started their services in March 2024. Alexis assessed our lawn condition and made recommendations. He answered my questions and evaluated the tree trunk condition of the only tree in the back. He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, respectful and notified us in advance prior to each service. They also accommodate date of service if requested. My lawn has been the healthiest for many years and was full of weeds after storm Ida.
I definitely recommend Lobb-Alexis for weeds and pest control. They are responsible, responsive, at a reasonable cost and met my high expectations! Alexis is the best!

They never call before they come as I think they do want to talk or see you. We have had their service for a few years and within the last year our backyard has had issues where it looks horrible, the guy wrote a lame excuse on our bill that he left on our door. I have had it with their bull and crappy service and as of yesterday with the note he wrote will discontinue their service immediately. Since this post Mike Hammond has contacted my husband and he came back out the next day and looked at our backyard and also did a second treatment and called my husband and went over a few things with him. He was sincere and we definately appreciate his time and patience and listened to us and hopefully this will get us back on the road to healthy grass!

Greg was very polite and knowledgeable. He gave me several options for treatment. One suggestion - it would be nice to have a better indication beforehand as to when the technician will arrive, or have someone available in the office to contact.

I would NEVER get this company!!! They do not try to help the elderly. I will do it myself. They spray with a form of ROUNDUP which is not good for the environment, they claim that it is safe AFTER it dries, lately your grass stays wet with all the rain. We live in a wooded area and right after they sprayed a little wild rabbit came to eat the wet grass. So if a child goes running thru this chemical while wet it is not safe. It is summer and children in our neighborhood are out playing. They accept checks from some clients and others they refuse. This is discrimination. Luling, Louisiana.

Technician's notes should reflect the conversation we had about how the torpedo grass is going to be treated. Everything else was great.

The weeds are already dying and the grass seems a little greener. I would like to have our soil aerated and soil added as needed. . How do we sign up for that?
