This guy really knows his stuff and was able to adequately disseminate all information to us per our questions.

I had my doubts about hiring someone for this, but Lobb Alexis has turned out to be great. No issues at all. I mean, of course you could do it yourself and save money, but you might screw things ( like a friend just did) and these guys are pros. I'm very happy with the service

My yard and gardens look so much better since Ronnie of Lobb-Alexis started treatment years ago. He keeps up with treating fungus and anything else happening to plants and grass. My plants are healthier. I get so many comments from neighbors and friends about how good my yard look.

Lobb-Alexis has done a great job over the past year. Our lawn has never looked better! Ronnie always contacts us a day before he comes and then shows up when he says he coming. He is very courteous and professional. We could not be happier!

Greg was very helpful and took his time to explain every questions I had. I have decided to use this company to rate my garden , trees and grass.

Michael came out and explained the entire process which eased my concerns. He made some suggestions which I will employ. He also sprayed front and back yards to further strengthen the growth of a good lawn which I appreciated.

I am not happy with yesterday’s performance. We agreed that application would occur AFTER my lawn was cut. However, it was done BEFORE according to the time posted on my receipt. It appears that may be a waste of time and money.

Patrick did a great job explaining the lawn treatment and they applied treatment for the agapanthus mold.

Next time I need to you tell me you are leaving, especially if you have not locked the 2 gates. I often travel. I cannot lock both remotely, just one.

After initial notification of each visit, please call with best guess for actual visit time.
I can give instructions each time. Gates often work differently or break. Parking is likely different each visit, and I can often block spaces on the more convenient street.section.

I can share the drive gate code when you are ready, for opening and closing it.

Oct. 25: Correcting the post I made in the spring. The 3rd application started the nightmare of them killing my St Augustine grass. I started seeing brown patches and spoke to the manager multiple times. He thought it would improve after the 4 th application. Made it worse. I have literally lost ALL of my St Aug grass. They claim no responsibility. The companies I interviewed to replace L-A all said they may have oversprayed. I do not recommend at all.
April ‘25: I live in Mandeville and bought our house in 2021. Always struggled with my lawn. I'm only 2 treatments in (3rd happened yesterday) and the lawn looks stellar. My lawn is looking exponentially better than it it ever has. I tried managing myself and I just couldn't get it right. Worth every penny.

This was Nick’s first time treating our lawn although he has 5 years experience. Thus he made sure to review property lines with me, my areas of concern, let me know services he would be providing today, and offered to treat some crab grass that looked a bit ‘hardy’. We could see him moving throughout the yard servicing all areas. Nice man. Great Service. . TY

This was my first lawn treatment using Lobb-Alexis.

Greg promptly came out to assess my lawn issues a day or two after I contacted Lobb-Alexis. He gave me a lot of helpful information on the services Lobb-Alexis provides, as well as the problems I was having with my lawn. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Michael came a couple days later and provided the first lawn application. Although I was not home when he came to treat the lawn, he sent me an email describing all the services he performed and included photos of the lawn. I am looking forward to working with the company. I have confidence that they will take care of the chinch bug infestation and help get my lawn in better shape over the next year! Lisa Buchert

Michael was not rushed and spent an adequate amount of time insuring that my shrubs were properly and thoroughly sprayed during the initial spraying. He also was helpful in providing advise on brown spots, cleaning the black soot on my verbena and citrus 🍋 trees. He also mentioned other shrubs to consider if I needed to replace my boxwoods over time due to brown out. In closing he recommended turning off our sprinkler system until April unless we encounter hot dry weather before then. Also suggested to call in 2 weeks for an additional spraying.
