Looking for a new company to take care of my yard because the previous one just went out of business. Anyway Grass Kickers just came to the right time my yard was coming close to looks like a jungle. Very happy with the quality, and professionalism. Good job guys see you next week 👍👍👍

I called and made an appointment today. 2 guys came out and did a horrible job so when I called the owner Liam and sent pics and told him that I was unsatisfied with the job. Liam was very professional and came out in person and fixed/finished the job perfectly. So that's why I gave a 5 star rating. He was apologetic and he mulched my garden free of charge.

I asked for only my front yard to be cut. I have stated this several times via text and I have stopped them from cutting the back once before. Devastatingly, your company cut my back yard. I have multiple gardens growing and lots of new sprouts. Your crew ran all of that over! I had 5 new blackberry bushes and now I have 3! I am so upset and disappointed.

Fast response and service time but the quality wasn't there in the cut provided. Had uncut patches in spots throughout the yard. I'm still thankful they provided the service as is was done quickly after scheduling. I might call again if I need a quick service.

We’ve been using Grass Kickers for several years, but the service and quality have steadily declined—and I’ve finally had enough.

Just last week, we had all of our sidewalks and driveway professionally pressure-washed. Less than a week later, the crew came flying through like Mario Andretti on the mower, leaving black tire marks and grass embedded all over the freshly cleaned concrete. I sent photos and videos, and my wife reached out as well—no response at all.

I ended up pressure washing it myself this morning, and some areas are still stained. It’s beyond frustrating.

On top of that, the overall quality of their lawn care has gotten worse over time—sloppy cuts, lack of attention to detail, and zero communication.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away. They simply don’t care anymore.

RESPONSE TO OWNER'S COMMENT:

Let me respond point by point, since you chose to publicly insult me and accuse me of lying instead of taking accountability for your crew’s actions.

1) “Leaving false reviews because we won’t give you free services…”
This is completely untrue. I have never asked for a free grass cut, or anything else. That claim is simply false and seems like an attempt to discredit my honest review. What I did ask for was a response and some accountability after your crew left a mess on our property.

2) “There was absolutely nothing I could have done or said to please you…”
That’s just not true. Of course any sane person would expect the owner of a business to take responsibility for their team’s actions and make it right. Instead, you ignored both me and my wife, even though we sent clear photos and videos showing the mess your crew left. That’s not how a professional business handles issues, especially with long-time paying customers.

3) “Machines need to drive over sidewalks to get to the lawn…”
We understand that. But there’s a big difference between driving over a sidewalk and leaving rubber tire marks and clumps of grass embedded in freshly cleaned concrete. And this wasn’t just on the sidewalk — it was all over our private driveway as well, which you conveniently didn’t mention. I had to spend my own time re-pressure washing everything, and some stains still haven’t fully come out.

4) “You don’t own the sidewalk…”
That might be technically true, but you’re using it as an excuse to justify sloppy work. Your crew left visible damage and a mess — and not just on the sidewalk, but on the driveway we do own! It’s called being respectful of someone’s property, public or private. That’s what professional companies do.

5) “If someone rode their bike and left tire marks…”
A kid riding a bike is not the same as a riding lawnmower leaving burnt rubber streaks and smashed-in grass all over freshly cleaned concrete. This is a bad-faith comparison and minimizes the issue in an effort to deflect responsibility.

6) “You behaved like a 3-year-old…”
I won’t stoop to your level. Attacking a long-time paying customer for expressing legitimate concerns is wildly unprofessional. If you had taken five minutes to respond respectfully or make any kind of effort to fix the issue, none of this would’ve been necessary.

Bottom line: This is not a false review. It’s an accurate account of my experience, backed up with photos, videos, and ignored messages. You didn’t respond to me, you didn’t respond to my wife, and now you’ve decided to publicly insult a customer instead of owning up to your company’s mistake.

Excellent customer service, very puntual, they have the best prices in town, and are very reliable. Always on time.
I'm very happy with their services, would definitely recommend this company to all my family and friends.

I am absolutely blown away by the service I received from them! I've been using them for my grass cutting needs for a few months now, and I can honestly say they're the best in the business.

I liked the length of the grass after they would mow and they were punctual however they did not clean up grass trimmings or clean up after they were done. When I emailed about the issue the first time I didn’t get a response and the second time they were slightly rude. I paid $45 for biweekly services but I canceled when the issue wasn’t addressed. wouldn’t recommend them
