Ordered a custom $500 fountain two months ago from this business. Suppose to be delivered two weeks ago. Just got an email with no explanation saying they cannot fulfill my order. Been waiting two months and now have to start over. Mickey Mouse, very low budget online business.

I had (2) $50 gift cards from the Garden Gate store. Never received any communication in the marketing that stated that gift cards would no longer be accepted once the store closed. Called customer service several times when the cards did not work online. Each time a representative stated that they would look into this and get back with an answer. Not one representative called back. Waited over 2 weeks. Finally, called back for the third time and was told that my gift cards are no longer accepted. Asked if the gift cards could be reduced slightly but this was not allowed either. Guess $100 to a company is a greater value than gaining a customer.

Ordered a couple thousand dollars of fountains and pots.

Weeks passed and I received no update on order via email or link. No one answers the phone when you call their main number and when you do bounce to voice mail, the mail box has not accepted message because it it full.

I have received an incomplete response via email to my question - "where's my order?" - to date, GG cannot tell me when to expect it. I really hope GG will step up and call me to talk live about my order and get me an ETA or other workable solution.

This has been a horrible experience that is holding up my landscaping project which is dependent on these items.

Heard back from management - yes, I guess I posted to the landscaping company but it has the SAME PHONE # as the Garden Gates company I have been trying to deal with - and apparently same customer support. Why don't you just call me so we can sort out my messed up order? You have sent me a short email saying you will follow up but without any information on when I will receive any items in my order. Please pick up the phone and give me a call so we can sort out my troubled order and get this done. Thanks.

8/30: Still no update or courtesy call

Highly recommended. I've used this company for both lawn maintenance and for special projects. After the great job they did installing my very large garden fountain I vowed never to use another lawn care company in New Orleans. Top notch operation.

This is my second post - relating to the purchase of a fountain which the owner has suggested in posting a follow up that my fountain purchase has nothing to do with the landscape company except - but for the fact that is not mentioned that this is the same company and phone number...I purchased a fountain and was never informed until after the delivery date that there was a problem with my order...after the problem was identified there was poor follow up for weeks and I cancelled my order as it was holding up my landscape plans. Now the saga continues as Garden Gates has promised a refund of my money but after a week and not returned phone calls or emails to process that refund. THIS COMPANY HAS A GREAT WEBSITE PRESENCE BUT ONCE YOUR ORDER THEY DON'T CARE. More frustrating, I have agreed to take shipment on other items involving about $2,000 and still they don't care about me or my order.
