Their price was competitive, the service set them apart. The office staff staff was amazing. Also the movers were outstanding.

The whole process went very smoothly. Everything arrived in a timely manner, and there was no damage. Phillis was extremely helpful in setting up the move; Brad (driver) was amazing.

Probably one of the smoothest moves ever. Both Meredith and Bruce could not have been more accommodating. The price was fair and the service on both pick-up and delivery was amazing.

Armstrong Relocation and United Van Lines created a stress-free move from New Orleans to Virginia. Dan Uhle and Meredith Veenstra coordinated my move and provided recycled boxes free of charge. Kenny and Dominique Walton of United arrived in Virginia when they said they would, and unloaded in two hours. On top of all that, United provided a partial refund when my load wasn't as heavy as predicted. It was a delightful experience.

I cannot say enough about Armstrong......they are friendly, professional and honestly care about their customers. Thank you Gary and Juli for everything! You will always have our highest recommendation - after several years and moves with the military we are grateful when companies can help make that process easy and memorable!

After price shopping several moving companies, I chose Armstrong Relocation Services to move the furniture my mother left me when she passed away. Not only was their price significantly cheaper than their competitors, but Dan Uhle saved me several hundred dollars more by helping me avoid using a shuttle and suggesting that I wait until the peak season was over since the move was not urgent. My mother's furniture arrived in perfect condition! I would highly recommend Armstrong Relocation Services!

Excellent Moving Experience - Requested "not to exceed" pricing was provided and discount due to lower weight than quoted was credited. Replacement value on 4 Items of 4 BR house move were honored and representative facilitated repair of 2 pieces damaged furniture for cost estimated in claim to our complete satisfaction. Their professional and courteous staff made our move from Louisiana to South Carolina less stressful.

Do not use this company for your move. I have moved many times over the years and the move with Armstrong Mayflower was horrible. They sent one person to pack on packing day. He arrived 4 1/2 hours late. The next day they sent 3 people to pack and load. They arrived late too. The packers/loaders are contractors who complain about everything. They are so unprofessional. I could go on and on about the fiasco of this move. One thing you should know is that your belongings will be shuffled around on and off of
different trucks before it arrives at your new location. Because of that, you may not have all of your belongings when it's all said and done. You may end up with things that belong to someone else. I have a box of personal items that don't belong to me. They are picturs and moments that I'm sure the family would like to have.
You really don't want to use this company for your move.

I have moved 5 times prior to my latest move with Armstrong Relocation out of Chattanooga. I have always been completely satisfied. Not the case with Armstrong Relocation & Companies. They picked up my household belongings and were to store them for just over a month till I could close on our new home and then deliver them to that new home. Upon delivery it was obvious they had damaged a couple bookshelves. I also immediately noticed a step ladder was missing. After a couple days of unpacking the rest of our household items the rest of the missing/stolen items became apparent. I brought this to the attention of Armstrong Relocation and told them what the items cost to replace. They told me they would "investigate". After taking several weeks I had to call them back. They sent me a very accusatory letter basically denying wrongdoing and a check for less than half of what I am out. They are terrible!!!! I would advise using someone else that will not steal and damage your household belongings and then offer you less than half the amount they were worth. I hope no one else has to go through this with them!!!

Had movers fill their truck from my pod and house in New Orleans. They carefully wrapped everything and worked quickly and then cleaned up after themselves. They delivered everything to my storage unit in Asheville and off loaded as carefully as they had packed it. Friendly, professional drivers and crew!

Picture is how they had to back out of the parking lot because of the sharp dip but didn't harm the tree or scrape the ground!

Poorly organized delivery service in my opinion I purchased a Saatva mattress in the amount of $5000.00 can’t get a delivery date the mattress is just sitting in the warehouse off this business and they are giving me the run-a-round about my purchase I can’t award this business any stars!!!! Today is February 17 this business has not call or confirm a delivery date of my mattress and adjustable base delivered I’ve nor Saavta management and my can contact this business for delivery confirmation they will not answer messages or return calls!!! February 18th after continuous negotiation with Saavta mattress management to Armstrong delivery Kenner, La I finally get a delivery date after almost (3) weeks Armstrong delivery has held my mattress & adjustable base with no delivery date now it’s February 28th a Saturday when earlier the receptionist told me they only delivered in Mississippi Monday’s only she “Lied” to me in a brief phone call now my delivery is Saturday I would not recommend this business to no other person and Saavta needs to rethink their delivery partner for customer who pay large amounts of money for their mattress!!!!Note to be continued once I receive my merchandise what condition it’s in!
