The main office admin wasted over a month of my time. He is unorganized, said he put in an order for parts and never did. I called twice a week to check in and he still hadn't put the parts in. Every time I called he said he wasn't in the office to check if the order had been put in. If you're in a rush a for an appliance repair, go somewhere else this place is a mess!

Lopez Mechanical was soupose to do the plumbing and HVAC on a Kentucky Fried Chichen in Deridder La. He showed up on the job and started the job then he left for two week he put so many of my other vendors behind schedule. Some how he talked my project manager in to giving him more than 85 or ent of his money and he never came back the man (Hector) is no more that a thief in my book and he ought to be ashamed of the way he does bussiness I promise if he does a job for you it will not go as planned and in the end hell give you a bill for 20 or 30 thousand dollars in back charges.

I see you're guys a very respectful of handicapped parking. Not one but two spots. I'm not sure how a trailer can get a handicapped placard but you do you.

I met the owner Hector Lopez and realized behind his strong façade and character he is a man who earned respect of others. He is above all a professional and he is one of the few people I have met that works side by side with his employees for whatever time required to ensure the quality of the work provided. Kuddos to his family... his spouse, sons and father who work tiredly for their family business. His motto says "We have only one type of customer...SATISFIED", and I truly am. Thank you!

I had a dryer installed (not by Lopez) and an error was keeping it from starting but we didn't know what. Marcus was able to quickly figure out it was a problem with the breaker box and the correct voltage wasn't reaching the dryer. He was able to come out the next day and got it fixed right away.
