This place has every type of parts you need. The people are very helpful and friendly. Went from Belle Chasse to Kenner. Do it again if I had to.

If you can not find a plumbing valve anywhere, this is the place to be. I looked at every supply house for week and find my valve here.

Why in the world can you look on google and clearly see that they are open today ( Saturday ) 8 to 3 so wake up early to be there at 8am , drive all the way over there and they have a sign on the door, temporarily closed on Saturdays. SUCH a big waste of my time, bad on the blood pressure!!!!
Oh and ended up getting the part at the hardware 5 min from my house, just so use to going to Plumbparts!!!! SUCKS

Everywhere I went people been telling me the part I was looking for they haven't seen it in 25 years and these people had it awesome. Great service they take their time with you and explain stuff.

Jim helped me find the parts I needed to replace an old leaky shower faucet. Very knowledgeable and if you need a particular plumbing part, they are bound to have it.

GO STRAIGHT TO PLUMBPARTS!!I walked in with a picture of my moen single lever shower valve and in less than a minute the RIGHT PART!!Was on the counter in front of me with instructions of the best way to fix it.It went in just like the Very experienced owner said it would!!!

Was on the way to home depot to find new stems, when I put in a Google search for plumbing parts and this location popped up down the road. I stopped in and set the parts in the counter, and instantly he knew what parts I needed. This is the only place I would go for plumbing hardware.

Went here once and was VERY satisfied. Drove to Kenner from Metairie and found them closed. Apparently, they have new hours, but the information on Google needs to be updated. Instead of 4 on Saturdays they close at 3 pm.

Had a bathtub spout diverter that broke. Universal diverters available at many stores were not correct shape as the one I had. Was able to discuss issue and find a resolution. May be a bit more expensive than some of the mainstream stores but this is the place to go and get direct customer service with solutions.

I have replaced 2 different tub valve insides and the Oracle of Plumbing Parts knew them at first glance. Quick, easy in and out , I don't go anywhere else for plumb parts, prices are fair too!!

This is a great place to go if you ever need plumbing parts. I went here for my trailer and thought he wasn't gonna have what I needed cause no one else did but guess what set my old pieces on the counter top told him I needed help and he got me together.

If you need an obscure plumbing part, this place will have it. I had a valve with no brand name or model number that was easily 10+ years old, and I showed it to the owner, and 2-3 minutes later, he produced the valve.

A little pricey but they have hard to find items so it's worth the money.....

This place is great. I have never been disappointed here. This guy has everything and is the plumbing whisperer. I needed to rebuild a shower valve, so I just went in with a handfull of worn o- rings and springs and stuff that I removed from my valve. He looks at it, shuffles the pieces around, says nothing and walks to the back. He returns a minute later with everything I need. Very reasonable pricing.
