He was terrific. I could give Harold's Plumbing many additional accolades, but the most surprising is that he competed the job at a cost that was less than his estimate, so the returned the excess to us, as a discount.

I hired Harold's Plumbing to do a pipe scope for a home purchase. They were highly responsive and professional, going above and beyond to make sure we got a clear view of the plumbing. I really appreciated their attention to detail. I will hire again.

Harold's Plumbing is customer-oriented. I say this because I have called upon Harold's several times in need. My calls receive prompt in-person replies to schedule appointments, to offer estimates, and to address miscellaneous issues not previously considered.
I believe the only time i have asked Harold for help that he could not respond was when I wanted to install a whole-house water-softener...understandable. So in 99% of the time when I need a plumber, my first call is to Harold.

Mr. Harold was great, he checked all the pipes and we needed a complete redo. His crew used water jets to expose the pipes and replaced them. Everyone on the crew was great, very nice and respectful. The whole thing took a week to do. Once done they cleaned up. If we ever need any plumbing repairs he will be the one we call. Honestly it was a little more expensive than others but I would rather pay a little more and have a great experience than to pay a little less and have the headaches of a company not doing what they say they would do. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HAROLDS PLUMBING!!

Harold's plumbing does great work. we had a complete plumbing job done on one of our rentals. They did an excellent job. We were informed of the progress daily. We highly recommend usings Harolds for BIG and small jobs you wont be disappointed.

We called them when we were in a major pinch to give us a hand or one of our customers projects. Not only did they respond immediately, but they sent their technician Justin out and he took care of everything for us. We appreciate it give him a call. They’ll get you taken care of.

I have used Harold's Plumbing twice for major drain repairs and once for pumping sand under my home in Metairie. I recommend them without hesitation. Great personnel, extremely professional and fair prices. What else could a customer ask for, nothing else.

Harold’s Plumbing completed a major underslab sewer replacement at my home, and I’m extremely satisfied with the work.
They replaced roughly 90 feet of sewer pipe under the slab with Schedule 40 PVC, removed old drum traps, installed proper P-traps, added multiple exterior cleanouts, and resealed the existing tub box under an old bathtub to prevent odors, moisture, and rodents. They also installed a new vanity and a modern single-handle shower valve as part of the project.
All underslab excavation was done using hydrotunneling, not hand digging, and the tunnels were refilled with clean pumped sand, which mattered to me for long-term slab support and peace of mind.
What really stood out was the transparency and professionalism. Harold performed a camera inspection before the work began, and again completed a full camera inspection and water test after installation, so I could clearly see clean, dry pipe all the way to the city connection.
Communication was solid, the crew was experienced and respectful, and the work was clearly done with durability and long-term reliability in mind. If you need serious sewer work—especially underslab repairs—Harold’s Plumbing is a company you can trust and one I would recommend without hesitation.

They're unprofessional. Don't show up for scheduled appointments. I can go on and on. Would not recommend!

I would highly recommend these guys they are good at what they do they tunneled from one end of the house and removed all old cast iron plumbing and Replaced with new PVC, I kind of held them up because Mr. Mark said would be a good idea to replace shower because other shower was cheap and cracked as soon as it was installed Mr. Mark sent his plumber to tie it in and was very patient with time frame to have installed now they are back filling job well done thanks to the Petterson and sand pumping crew and Miss Susie and miss Margaret in office

These is the new piping under my house Mark Petterson the owner runs a good crew would like te recognize plumbers involved Alcide Bennette also known as Butch, Tanner Dickens and Jimmy not sure of his last name Now the guys that Doug the tunnel with a hydra jet pressure washer known as Ceaser and Angle my also the truck drivers that brought the suck vac trucks not sure of there names finally the lady’s in the office I know one but ther not sure of her name Mrs Susan Arnold this is the second job Mr. Mark as done for me removing old cracked cast iron pipe and replacing it with heavy duty pvc on stainless steal hangers Thanks Mr. Mark and his crew when job is finished, will have an update .want to add some before pictures as well
