Harold’s has come out twice for breaks in pipes under slab. They diagnosed my problems when other companies could not and give you a copy of the video. They have replaced all pipes under my house, to the street. All crews are very polite and the job site always looked professional. Office staff are all knowledgeable too! Highly recommended

Each time I’ve contacted Harold’s Plumbing, whether for an emergency situation (HELP! My guest bathroom toilet needs replacing now!) or for an issue that needs attention- this kitchen sink is continuing to drain so slowly....- they have responded quickly and professionally. The guys are ALWAYS so nice and will go the extra mile to make sure the service is perfect.

Very neat and appears to have resolved all issues with the sand under the home. Only downside is communication. I was scheduled for the first morning appointment. Unfortunately they had to complete the prior days job. I had no problem with that except that no one called to let me know. I called to see if there was a new ETA. After no call back so called a second time. Make sure you tell them you would like to be notified when they finish. The men were very nice but I was shocked to go outside and see they left without telling me they were finished. I had 2 loads to pump under a large home. The noise had stopped a few times while they were working. So when it got quiet again , I thought they were moving to another area. They had left. I suppose they had a long day. Worked hard but should be available at the conclusion to answer questions and let the customers know whether or not the job was completed. In my case they estimated 4 truck loads and it only took 2. I still would highly recommend the work and company.

Called Harolds. Appreciated their quick response. I had a water valve that was leaking and stupidly didn't attempt to tighten it myself thinking the washers were bad within the valve. The man showed up, took a crescent wrench out and tightened the valve. It fixed the leak. I asked him what I owed and he said $50.00. I thought that was extremely high for 2 minutes worth of work. I felt that he robbed me although I should have asked his rate before he pulled into my driveway. I called the office later and they told me their standard rate charge for a service call is $50.00. No one informed me of this while I was on the phone prior to setting the appointment. Harold's plumbing may be good but they are expensive and don't inform you of their cost ahead of time. Get a clear quote before you commit to anything.

On time, professional, fair on fees, and clean up the work area when the job is completed.

Called for a water leak within the wall behind the washing machine. Justin was there the next day,and got busy right away.He found the leaky pipe, and did the repair with minimal wall damage. I will call Harold's for any future plumbing needs.

I had a problem with a broken sewer line under my slab. Harold came out, took a video of my sewer pipes and set up the job. His people came out as we had scheduled and finished the job on time. Everyone was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They kept me updated on the progress of each phase of the job. They did quality work and left a very clean job site. I highly recommend Harold's Plumbing. They did a great job in a timely manner.

Harold's Plumbing was a pleasure to work with. They came out same day or next and was able to fix an issue we were having without a hassle. Harold plumbing replaced pipes under my home. The service I received from beginning until the end was professional. Harold came and gave an estimate following the work began . Every worker involved in the replacement were professional, friendly, a very positive experience. When the job was complete Harold deducted an amount from my bill for work he did not have to provide. I had an excellent experience with Harold’s Plumbing. I was in need of hydro-tunneling to repair some under slab hot water pipe leaks. Harold himself came out to take some measurements and after we discussed the repair job he gave me an estimate the same day. The office staff was excellent in keeping me informed when the crews were on their way to my house. The tunneling crew arrived on time as scheduled to excavate the area under the house slab. This was followed by the Master plumbing crew the next day to repair he leak. Unfortunately on my part due the location of the leaks, I made the decision to allow the plumbing crew to reroute a portion of the pipes between manifolds within the walls above the slab which worked out fine. A couple of days were then set aside to verify that the pipes would hold up under pressure and no longer leaked. The Sand pumping crew was then scheduled to pump in sand to repack the area under the slab. The different crews that came to my house were very professional and left the job site clean each day. I also want to mention that Harold’s is a One-Stop-Shop having all of his employees in-house and including the sand pumping trucks.
Harold's provides prompt, courteous and excellent service at reasonable prices. If you want a professional job, call Harold's Plumbing! I have already begun using Harold’s for my other plumbing needs.

I had an excellent experience with Harolds Plumbing. I was in need of hydro-tunneling and his company was the one I chose. Harold came out himself and made all measurements. He even made me a video that he had taken of the pipes involved. He explained the job that needed to be done very clearly and gave me an estimate on the same day. His workers arrived when expected and got all the work done in a timely manner. Harold’s price was very fair and completed by highly competent and extremely professional people. Everyone was very nice and explained the daily process to me. I am completely satisfied and so very happy that I chose Harold’s Plumbing to do the work necessary. I really don’t think there is a better choice to make, when in need of this type of job.

Had previously worked with them on a very large project changing pipes from underneath my home. I ended up needed to change out a toilet and found that I needed a pipe repaired from a 3" pipe being placed into a 4" pipe from that prior job. They sent out Justin who was adamant this was a very simple fix and said onsite this was no more than $375. He wanted to fix it right then and there but I asked him to just confirm that price before the work began. I received a call the next day that the same plumber was on the way- when j asked what the price was, the caller (very nice) said it was $850. She went on to say that Justin said he told me $500 and Harold said it was $850 by the time to reset the toilet. Trying to find out how this was so widely miscalculated, no resolution happened with no call from the owner. The plumber who is now fixing this issue said it absolutely should not be $850 and charged us $300 including resetting the toilet. He also mentioned the pipe itself should have never been set at 3" and while not particularly wrong, lazy on their part since they had dug under the entire house. I really explore from this company being my first was much different.

I had Harold's Plumbing out today to inspect my drain lines. They were friendly, knowledgeable, extremely thorough, and very reasonably priced. I was emailed a detailed estimate by the end of the day, and again, very reasonably priced. Don't get fleeced by those Rooter guys! I highly recommend Harold's Plumbing for any Plumbing work you might need!

I initially secured another plumbing company, which failed to show up after a half a day having scheduled the appointment on Friday. When I canceled with them, I called Harold’s plumbing. The young lady who answered the phone was courteous, efficient and professional. Within 30 minutes of my requesting a plumber, she called to tell me one would be at my home in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later Gary showed up. He was the nicest guy, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional not only did he troubleshoot the piping coming out through the cabinet, but he also managed to anchor the dishwasher in the cabinet. I was inquisitive and he answered all my questions with confidence. The charge was more than reasonable In my opinion. I will never seek out another plumber other than Harold’s plumbing..
