Eli is a great tech n replaced my Hot Water Heater n left my place spotless. He came out Wednesday at 4pm and came back on Thursday am gad replace old unit with new in 4 hrs time. He was a lifesaver as I was having tenants moving in that same morning.

Devin was the technician sent to explore my sewer blockage. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and at all times respectful and professional. With his diligent work and understanding of sewer-line construction, he was able to locate both the hidden/ below grade clean-out and remove the root infestation. Two other well known plumbing companies had attempted to solve the problem with only temporarily relief. Both suggested under slab excavation costing thousands. Turns out the cause was root invasion of the clean out itself. $365 later and no obstruction or excavation. Rooterman can. lol

Very satisfied with the work Rooter Man did for us. They dug up the old drain in our front yard and replaced it. They cleaned up and everything was so neat and clean. Our neighbors came over to tell us how they worked and how nice the finished everything. That work was fantastic, and we would definitely recommend them!

Charged 150 dollars to come out to fix hot water heater.said he had to order parts,but never returned. When I called back they wanted another 150 to come check it again.buyer beware

We’ve been using Rooterman for plumbing work at our school for quite a while now, and they’ve been excellent every time. The first time we called them was for a pretty stubborn clog that a couple of other companies couldn’t figure out. Rooterman not only cleared it, they identified the bigger issue behind it and got everything working the right way. Since then, anytime we have a plumbing problem on campus, they’re the first ones we call. They’re reliable, quick to respond, and they always get the job done right. Pricing has always been very fair.

Called Rooter Man when things were not flowing, prompt service, really nice technician explained everything in detail, and gave my plumber the information he needed on 120+ year old sewer lines. And the folks in their offices, could not have been better. Oh yeah, the price was well within my expectations.

Had someone come out day before Thanksgiving to clear a line and the tech never reconnected the pipe under the sink. Wife went to wash dishes after thinking he fixed it and boom water everywhere. Flooded my kitchen and got under my flooring. Also when he went on the roof he knocked the drain out in the laundry room and never went check it. Laundry room also flooded. Didn't stop there. My sink drain did not leak before and magically after it did. Tech tells my wife it has to be changed and he proceeded to put a stainless steel drain on my expensive gunmetal sink. My wife tells him after and they try to tell her oh well brushed nickel would have cost more. Again its gunmetal and we didn't care about the price. They sent a deceptive mitigation team and made agreements to pay through them and did not honor any of it. They didn't even refund the charge for service call. Imagine ruining someone's home and charging them. But here is the kicker, the company never even called or apologized. Not the tech, the manager, or a single person from the company. I would never recommend them to anyone. Had to call several times months later to finally get someone to speak to me and Robin was rude from the start of the conversation and said this was probably a blessing to have happened to us. Do not use them and when they do mess up your home do not allow them to send the shady RestoPros to lie to you. But hey I guess when you are a shady business you deal with other shady businesses also.

I have called out Diaz Plumbing twice recently. They came out quickly and did the job quickly. They were friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again.

I called Diaz plumbing on Friday and they were here at 8:30 on Monday. Actually a half hour early. Wow that’s unheard of around here. They took care of two leaky toilets and a leaky sink at a very reasonable price. Thank you Jorge.

Jorge did an amazing job. I wanted a cheaper alternative to a home generator. I purchased a tri- fuel conversion kit For my Briggs & Stratton generator. I wanted to be able to run my generator off of natural gas in case of another hurricane. The gas lines after Ida were ridiculous. Jorge ran a gas line from my gas meter to where my generator would sit. He converted my generator and He had an electrician put in a plug in my breaker box to Plug my generator in to run fans, lights, etc. In case of a power outage. He even made an instructional video so I can review when the time comes to have to use it I highly recommend Jorge Diaz from Diaz plumbing, true professional, master plumber.

As a tradesman Jorge is top notch, you will get quality work backed by years of experience and dedication to his craft. As a person he is a man of his word, values family and prides himself on being the best he can be inside as well as outside of his home. I’ve known Jorge for over twenty years and you won’t find a better person or plumber to take care of your needs.
