Mr. Lester Simmons is an excellent specialist for Roto Rooter Plumbing. He is patient, thorough, professional, and kind. He explained everything that our home needs to correct the issue we are having and answered all of our questions with such easy to understand explanations. We are so happy that we chose him to trust with the examination of our plumbing.

I put in a repair order for my mother and Lester came and did a wonderful job for her. She called and told me that Lester was very polite, kind and did a great job repairing her drain. I needed new faucets, so I called and asked Lester to replace three faucets. He was very professional and polite. He replaced the faucets and drains and did a great job! He even did a checkup on our water pressure, our other faucets, and our toilets to make sure everything was in good condition. I highly recommend Lester of Roto-Rooter.

Mr. Ray was very professional throughout the entire process. He explained the process thoroughly. The reason for the service call was to flush the main drain to the house. A few days prior, we noticed an unusual foul smell. Mr. Ray did a camera scope and there seems to be a blockage around 52ft. He started flushing and a backup happened in 1 of the 1/2 bathrooms ( A Sewerage explosion everywhere in the entire bathroom.) Mr Ray reassured us that everything would be back to looking new and he did exactly what he said he cleaned the entire bathroom and had it smelling new and fresh. Highly recommend Mr. Ray.

They came when expected but did not fix the problem. Said it was something totally different with the main and charged me over 200.00 for nothing. Then were supposed to send another crew charge me another 700. Crew did not show up i had to call then they told me they were not coming that night equipment was broke ,but never informed me . I found someone else problem was easily fixed within 30 minutes. And was not a main line.

The technician, Lester, was very knowledgeable and respectful. He explained everything as he worked. I would definitely feel comfortable utilizing the services in the future.

Lester was great--good communicator, clearly signaled every price increase, gave me a range of options from least expensive ("here's how you could do this yourself") to most expensive (full unit replacement).
