Had them come out to fix a leaky toilet, they replaced the wax ring and charged me $350. The next day, the toilet was still leaking, called them again, the guy pulled up the toilet and stated his coworker didn’t replace some bolts properly and that’s why it was still leaking. I then had to pay an additional $375 for them to replace it again. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. I also called management to request a callback about said problems, yet never heard anything. And my toilet is STILL LEAKING.

Well I contacted Eagle explained the problem they sent out a professional Plummer and the issue was settled in a couple of hours! Geaux Eagles 🦅

CONSUMER BEWARE!!!

I was charged $500 by Eagle Plumbing for work that was never done. The estimate was not accurate, and the plumber claimed the issue was under the slab—making a simple fix sound like a major problem. Thankfully, I got a second opinion. Another plumbing company came out the same day and resolved the issue quickly by simply flushing the line.

This experience felt misleading and overpriced. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any work. Be cautious and do your homework.

We had all our pipes backing up and called Eagle. Christian seemed knowledgeable but couldn’t clear the clog from the cleanout under our kitchen sink. He said we needed a $700 video inspection and claimed our pipes were likely severely damaged, recommending $7K in repairs or $30K for full replacement, insisting insurance would “have to” cover it and pushing us to start immediately without even contacting them.

We got a second opinion from Ostarley Plumbing, who located the buried main cleanout, cleared the clog in an hour, and had our house running again. After two days in a hotel, it’s clear Eagle was pushing unnecessary, expensive work.

Christian was very responsive and did come back out to actually record the video he took so that I could have a copy (not sure why it wasn’t recorded the first time) but once I told him about the second opinion we got he never responded.

These folks are great. Fair price, are responsive and know what they are doing. Their receptionist was also super friendly and helpful.

The technician that was sent out here to connect a 3in pvc pipe to a 2 inch pipe took him roughly 4 hours after messing up multiple times going back and fourth to home depot at least 3 times. A good plumber would have done it the first time and knew what to get the first time. Then charged $750.00 to tie end a pipe no longer that 20 inches long from a 3 inch to a 2 inch. Do your research on plumbers or any contractors before hiring. A total rip off!! Not happy at all.

Two service technicians arrived to install my gas stove. They inspected the connections to make sure that there were no gas leaks . They were professional, safety conscious and extremely quick.

Chris came out with little notice on a Saturday night. Was knowledgeable and repaired the pipe in a short amount of time. Had our water up and running. Highly reccomend.

We asked for servicing of tankless hot water heaters and there was no expertise in giving us this basic service. Instead, the guy looked at it and said "it seems to be working fine." I asked if he had any expertise and servicing tankless hot water heaters and he said no.

I hired Eagle Plumbing for a video pipe inspection in order to purchase a home. Called to make the appointment - I was given an estimate. The technician arrived and more than triple the estimate before stepping onto the property. He had to call management to get the price lowered to what they quoted me. The technician arrived unprepared and needed to go to a hardware store to gather more supplies. After the inspection- I did not receive a report or video to hand over to the realtors or seller. I called multiple times over the course of several days to get the footage and the report. I left several emails. My realtor even called and was told the technician was supposed to send that the day of the inspection. The office told her the technician will send the reports and videos after he finishes up his current job. Days have passed and I am just receiving a poor quality video and an inspection report my 5 year old could have typed. This company is extremely unprofessional, rude and will definitely try to get over on you. Please be careful people.

They are ridiculously expensive. I just needed them to file a permit so I could get my gas on for the winter. They wanted to charge almost a thousand dollars and then lied and told me the permit would be 350$. I called the permit office myself and they said for the plumber to file it would be 51$. They will take advantage of you in your time of need. 10/10 dont recommend!

The technician installed a ventilation pipe for the bathroom toilet. He came the same day and worked tirelessly. I was not satisfied with the location of the vent pipe. He returned a couple days later to move the pipe to my satisfaction.

I will never call another plumbing company again! Not only did they come out the day I called them and got the job done, but the plumber who came to fix my busted water pipe told me to use the money that I was supposed to pay him for coming out, towards starting my installment plan to pay for my repairs!! When I tell you God sent these people to me, I don't say that lightly. And I never joke about God. So if you're on the fence, this is your sign, just call Eagle Plumbing!!

Charged us over 700 for a visit and then estimated 7500 to fix. We got a second opinion and it was not the pipe break under ground that they said it was. a second opinion found it was just clogged. Not sure if it was just a bad call on their part or if they were trying to place bets that we would not have gotten a second opinion as we live out of state and the house has college students residing. After I responded and said that they misdiagnosed, there was no offer to make it right. I am grateful I got the second opinion from a different plumber. I would not recommend.

Called with my emergency they had someone here quickly service was performed very professional keeping me aware of what was being done all for an affordable price. Very please def will use them again!!

This is the worse service I ever received. The tech arrived at my home looking stoned. He walked in my yard and just looked at my leak. It was above the ground at the faucet neck. He told me he had to do an estimate. I said ok. He came back within a few minutes and gave me an estimate starting at $450 plus parts. I refused for him to do anything else and told him to leave because he was trying to over change me. Then he came back and said $250. At that point I wanted nothing to do with Eagles plumbing. He refused to leave until I pd him $65. I most say someone reached out to me and offered to send someone else out. But again I don't want anything else to do with that company.

Came 4 hours late. I left an initial message about the extent of the repair needed it, but was told that I probably should’ve called a handyman for such a small job. Was suggested I replace toilet ( 300.00) + (300.00) installation when all I need was a washer replacement. and was still charged $65 for the visit and gave me a quote to change a $20.00 washer of $300 so don’t think that it was a good customer experience. I won’t be using your services again.

The plumber arrived on time and was friendly and professional. Quickly examined the issue, listening to my descriptions. Provided an estimate and completed repairs quickly and completely. Very happy with service.
