Hard to find professional and affordable decent plumbing service, let alone any type of service these days, so I count myself lucky that I discovered them a few yrs ago. They’ve done multiple different things on my old property and I would hire them again. Absolutely

We had a clogged pipe that shut down 2 bathrooms. Troy, assisted by Steve, carefully checked the situation, diagnosed the problem and quickly got everything working again. I had been warned by another plumbing co. that I had a complicated and costly problem. Michel's Plumbing is skilled, honest, reasonable costs and a pleasure to work with. They are busy so there is a wait but well worth it. Call them!

We had a really great experience with Michel's Plumbing to repair our underground sewer lines. Holly addressed all our concerns and the crew they had were some of the most hard-working people I've ever come across. They were on time, professional and left everything even in better condition than it was before. Will definitely call back if I ever need this service again.

We had a broken sewer line right at the city connection. It had been a 3 month ordeal trying to get the city to come out and do something about it. We gave up on the city and had 3 different companies come out and video the line. 2 said it was such a gray area of ownership that they wouldn't touch it. The third gave us a bid of $7000 and a list of nightmare situations that would most likely occur in digging a massive hole and removing part of our fence, gate and sidewalk. Then a friend suggested I call Michel's Plumbing. I did with little expectations. Holly was amazing. She quoted us a price less than 1/3 that other amount and said they couldn't get to it until next week. I then sent her photos so she could fully understand the situation. She said no problem, the price isn't changing. The next day she called me at 8am and said I have a cancellation if you want to get this done immediately. I said YES PLEASE! Her crew was at my door in minutes. These two guys dug the hole with precision. The cut out the bad part. My tenants who were told not to use the sewer flushed the toilet and it came right out on the workers who brushed it off as nothing. By 4pm they had the line repaired, the work was beautiful! They then brought in more guys to put all the mud and clay back in place making sure to pack it down. The cleanup job was an added bonus. They even swept the drive and sidewalk.
I have never been so impressed with a plumbing company in my life.

The office next to us is being leased to a new tenant that required plumbing brought into their suite. This required trenching under the slab which is accessible by a large dirt area in the atrium area of the building, which happens to be right outside of our office door. Honestly, Thursday and Friday there was a huge mound of dirt outside and quite the mess inside. When these guys finished all of this back breaking work that I would never want to do and after packing all of the dirt back in and putting everything back....I came to the office the next day and was blown away at how well they did cleaning up all of the inside areas and the parking lot. It looks like they were never even here. There is so much to be said for contractors that not only clean up after themselves, but leave the place better looking than when they got here. Quite impressed! Great job!!!

Michel's has worked at our house twice now, both on referral of the contractor doing work for us at the same time. We have been very pleased with the professionalism and the quality of the work they did. Would not hesitate to call them again when the need arises.

Great service from the office staff and the field techs. I experienced a collapsed line. Holly with Michel's Plumbing was very helpful in expediting the initial attempt to clean out the line and with the repair. Once the collapse was confirmed with a sewer scope, the repair was scheduled quickly. The tech's who repaired the line worked in the rain and despite some challenges got the job done quickly and properly. The spot repair required demo of about 20 brick pavers which were delicately removed and properly replaced with a mortar bed which I was not expecting. Overall, it was a great experience and I was happy with the price. Thank you, Paul Aceto

We had a misaligned sewer connection under our front garden. Michel's crew excavated, replaced the misaligned section of pipe, installed a cleanout, and replaced the shrubbery in 3 hours. The were efficient, friendly, and extremely tidy. The response was quick and the pricing was sensible. I couldn't be happier.

The best plumbing experience that we have ever had. From unplugging a toilet to laying a new sewer line, they arrived on time and worked continuously until they completed the job.
