Don’t use them. Technicians that come out are nice and professional but the management is not. Got a leak worked on by a technician and was assured it was fixed and that there was a 90 day warranty if it continued to leak. Cool no problem. Well I noticed it was still leaking a couple of weeks later after getting back home from offshore. Not a problem. Stuff happens. So I called to have them come out. I called and scheduled but had to reschedule several times because they could never get out to my house on the scheduled time. Still I try to be understanding. Finally someone comes out and they’re wanting to charge me for any and all work to fix the leak that THEY had wrongly diagnosed and charged me for. Told me that the warranty only covered the valves that they installed…. Not the job. The valves that clearly didn’t fix due to not assessing the job correctly. That to fix the leak I’d have to just pay more money. I told him that the warranty should’ve covered the job performed or at least stand by your work and fix what you wrongly assessed and already charged me for. He then tells me it was my fault for allowing the technician to do the job and change out the valves. So my take from this is that you better be a licensed plumber if you call these guys out.

I paid Eagle Plumbing over $3,000 to repair a confirmed water leak. After their work, my plumbing was worse. Water loss increased and my primary bathroom had no water. A licensed leak detection company later confirmed the actual leak was never repaired.
When I requested a refund, the company refused and implied disputing the charge could be “theft of service.” I had to hire another plumber to fix the issue. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

The company is very professional. Not only do the display superior skills on the job site but the office supervisor Josh was very professional and well informed. Josh exhibited ultimate leadership skills and quality even as it pertains to collecting for an unpaid invoice. Thanks Eagle

Eagle Plumbing Repairs and Drain Cleaning was accomdating, professional, and helpful. They go over and beyond my expectations and offer their expertise on Plumbing issues. They are quick to come out and always on time. I would and will recommend them to anyone with Plumbing issues.

Beware of this company! My credit card was charged over $800 for services from them but I never contracted with them, never recieved services from them, they were never at my home, I have never actually even heard of them before, I have my own plumbing company I use. The services were listed as being on Tuesday November 4th and I was working out of town on that day. I called to tell them of this at 8:40 am today, Thursday Nov 6th and was told someone in billing would call me back ASAP. At 9:40 I called back and spoke with someone else who wanted to give me an email address but I wanted to speak with someone directly on the phone. He said he would call me right back with a phone number for me to call. No one has called me backand it is now 2:45 pm. At 2:30 I contacted the fraud department with my credit card company to report them and they are now handling it. I can only assume this is a fraudulent company submitting phony charges as they have had no interest in speaking with me to clarify this situation. I would not trust them for anything!

I am completely satisfied with the work that Eagle Plumbing did on my home. Mr. Tate went above and beyond to get the job done. There were many unforeseen challenges but Mr. Tate never gave up to get the job done. We would highly recommend!

My kids woke up to flooded rooms, I gave Eagle plumbing a call at 6:30 am that morning a plumber out was sent out in less than a hour. The Plumber that came began to work to locate the issue and was very determined to find the problem. Plumber found the problem and immediately fixed it. Their service was fast professional and efficient. Charles was patient in listening to my issues and agreed to work with me on payment. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing services. Thanks again!

I've unfortunately, with this house, have had to use quite a few different plumbing services, so when I found this company I knew I had to leave a review for anyone who may also be a new home owner.
I had a really good experience with this company, the prices were standard, they were at my door literal hours after I called (mind you this was on a Saturday so to me this was impressive), the man who answered the phone call was really nice and the man that came to my house to clear the pipes was also really nice. I liked that he explained prices before conducting services. He was considerate with my home, between closing the door when he was in and out, being mindful of mess/taking steps to mitigate mess/putting towels down, being nice to our dog, and taking routes out of his way throughout the house to make sure no sewage got near belongings or walls. He considered all options/possibilities for the plumbing issue (it seemed to me at least, im no plumber) and resolved my problem I believe within the hour.
I know all of this may seem trivial to most people but to me it made the company stand out and make me feel comfortable preferring them for future services. It takes a special type of person to not just come do a job that most people would never do but to also be mindful and nice while doing it. Thanks a bunch!

I called Roto Rooter that morning and the plumber came the same day. The service technician, Viresse Amos, was great. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He showed me the plumbing problem and told me of other plumbing methods offered by Roto Rooter to resolve my particular plumbing problem.

Im only giving a 2 star because the guy that came out was very helpful, however the company's pricing to repair our water line is outrageous. we only agreed to have them come look at the problem because it was 65 dollars. it ended up over 1k dollars and we mostly dug the hole and agreed to fill it back in ourselves. So it was just connecting a 1" pipe. It only took him about an hour. I could understand 4 or 500 but not 1k to do that job...

When I called these guys, it was about 6ish in the morning when I discovered my bathroom sink was leaking & about to completely flood my bathroom. Thank God I caught it quickly enough & was able to You Tube how to cut off your water. I had called a few companies before Eagle but nobody answered or had anyone that could come out A.S.A.P. They responded so quickly & came over around 8:30 A.M. Chris fixed my emergency & also installed a new toilet with a bidet & vanity with a faucet installation in my son’s bathroom. My son was super happy when he saw his bathroom! Thank you Eagle Plumbing & Chris!

I was charged $500 for an “emergency estimate” by Eagle Plumbing with the promise that it would be deducted from the total cost if I moved forward. After receiving their quote, I decided not to use their services because their pricing was extremely inflated and didn’t match the actual work required.

I hired a different plumber who completed the job quickly, without needing to go under the slab, and at a much more reasonable price. The quality was night and day. The other plumber left everything clean, professional, and even made sure the toilet seat was properly attached.

In contrast, Eagle Plumbing left my home messy and the toilet seat unattached after their visit. It’s disappointing to be charged so much for work they didn’t do and to receive such poor service on top of it. I do not recommend Eagle Plumbing based on my experience.

I called this company to check and fix a heating issue, but the problem was never diagnosed or resolved. Instead of properly inspecting the heater, he only changed the temperature setting on the water heater and replaced the shower head.

The heating issue remained exactly the same. Before leaving, he set the temperature back to what it was before, said “it will heat”, and left — with no actual fix done.

Despite this, I was charged $200. This felt unprofessional, careless, and a waste of money. I expected a real inspection and solution, not temporary adjustments that didn’t work.

I do not recommend this service.

Genuine Review! I do appreciate how quick they were to come out. But i didnt like the initial price i received just to run a camera down my drain. Then he tried to bundle it for 100 dollars extra which im not mad at. I also wish the guy would have done a full inspection instead of going to what i thought the problem was and listening to me (who isnt the expert). He told me to call the city because the clog was on the citys side. I had the city come out today and they saw nothing on their end. So money went down the drain, just for me to have to call another plumber

I waited until the last day before freezing weather to get my pipes under my mobile home insulated. I contacted Eagle Plumbing in the morning and someone came out that afternoon to get my pipes wrapped. They would have been out sooner but I had an appointment to go to. The technician who came out was very friendly and professional. He got to work and got the pipes insulated in a few hours. I definitely was relieved to get this done before the freezing cold weather. I appreciate Eagle getting it done so quickly.

Eagle Plumbing is great and tries to accommodate clients quickly. Chris the technician was fantastic, personable, professional, and sincere. Goes the extra mile to explain what he sees, what the problems are, how he will fix it, and what he needs to fix it. I would recommend Eagle Plumbing and Chris to anyone!

Eagle Plumbing, My entire experience was excellent from the very first call. The very nice lady who answered the phone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She took all my information and got me on the schedule right away, and the plumber who came out treated me like we were old friends. That kind of genuine kindness is rare and immediately put me at ease.
The work itself was done professionally and efficiently, with everything clearly explained along the way. Quality work, great communication, and people who actually care about their customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eagle Plumbing and will absolutely use them again.

Lester was my technician and he did a wonderful job installing my hot water heater! He was thorough and got the job done in a timely manner. I was so happy with his work and he was so nice. He explained everything about my new hot water heater and showed me how it worked. I would call on Lester for any problem!
