Lester and Christian showed up on time and ready to rock. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable and got my new water line installed in no time. They kept me updated through the entire process of what was going on and left my kitchen cleaner than they found it. 10/10. I will definitely call Roto-Rooter again in the future for any plumbing needs. Thank you again!

I am super pleased with Roto ROOTER!!! My elderly parents had a significant water leak in their house. Supervisors Brandon and Ed went out of their way to ensure that they were taken care of. Their patience and grace are so appreciated! They made the whole process from start to finish easy, keeping me informed the whole way. The technicians that came to the house to do the actual work were all friendly, polite, and did a great job with the water mitigation. Jenna who handled the invoicing was great as well. I would absolutely recommend Roto Rooter!!! Thank ya'll so much for the exceptional service. A++++

Lester was my service technician today and did a great job. I had a leaking vanity and loose shower handle. He showed up within 2 hours of me calling, was quick, friendly, knowledgeable and left everything very clean. I was very happy with his work and really appreciate that they’re reliable for emergencies. The price was reasonable, especially considering the speed of coming to do the repairs. This was the second time that Lester has been sent to my house, for a different problem, and both times he was great. Thank you, Lester!

Marc provided exceptional service when he came to my home on a Sunday. He went above and beyond what was expected, taking the time to walk me through every step of the repair and making sure I understood the process. He was personable, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. On top of that, he even installed toilet seats on two of my bathrooms at no extra charge. I truly appreciate the quality of service he provided and highly recommend Marc to anyone in need of a reliable and dedicated plumber.

Gary Greenwald was most professional, cooperative, and considerate of our needs and budget. We have used Rooter Man several times in the past few years, and we have always been very pleased with their work.

I have used Roto-Rooter for several years as a single home owner and they always did great job. However, recently Carlos with Roto-Rooter tried to charge over $9000 dollars. For an uneeded service. No detail of the work just a charge fee. Luckily, we didn't use his service and got a better plumber who repaired the issue under $300. When I called the office to complain they had him call me to explain his cost. No thank Roto-Rooter, I'm done with you all.

John was able to replace our nearly obsolete plumbing parts very quickly on a Friday evening. My 3 year old was very interested in supervising the process and John was very patient with him even though he was probably annoyed! Haha!

I think it was Frankie, but he showed up on time... was really nice and relatively quick; he also answered all of my annoying questions lol. Definitely recommend them.

The technician was amazing. The charge was $277 for a quick toilet flapper replacement. I'll use Rooterman in the future but not for small stuff like that because I think it's a very high price.

They advertise emergency services but I called on this past Saturday and after pressing 1 for emergency services, I received a voicemail of a lady (sounding like she’s very nonchalant about her job) state she’s assisting another customer, to leave a message and she would return the call. I left a message but Never received a call back. Called again got the same vm. Well it’s Monday afternoon, no one still hadn’t called. I called and explained my problem and told Irene (sounded very nonchalant about her job) I needed service and had called on Saturday for emergency services and no one called back. She didn’t even have the decency to apologize. She stated they have appointments available Wednesday then asked me my info. I had to ask her what the procedure was. She nonchalantly told me it’s a $39 charge for them to come out and they tell me what the problem is and pricing before proceeding. Then she stated if they need to do a main drain from the clean out it would be.. she started mumbling off the numbers 1.2..3 then said 300. She said it as if someone was shaking their head in front of her and holding up a thumb sign saying more, more. Anyhow, I had to ask her to repeat herself and she said $303. These people sound like they couldn’t careless if they had business or not! I wish I had a recording of her nonchalant, non-caring voice! I scheduled but then called back to cancel and she was just as nonchalant and non caring. I won’t beg anyone to take my money. Does not seem like a company with integrity. Something tells me my husband and I are being saved from a nightmare by not using this company!

Rooterman came on time and unclogged the drain promptly. The only negative was the price. They charged $100 more than another company doing the same exact job three weeks earlier.

I can't say enough here. Awesome company and I highly recommend. Jason came out and was straight forward and honest. He found a problem no one else could find and fixed it fast. Great guy and great company!

I'm very pleased with the service we requested. Devon arrived on time and spoke with us about the service we requested. He performed the video tests and explained every detail to us. It appeared to be a disjoint between our main sewer line and the city main line. He also offered to help if needed. We contacted the city sewerage dept. and repairs were made two days later. We would recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues. Devon explained all the issues we were having and offered solutions to them.

These guys came out 2-3 times over a couple of months to clear a toilet line that kept backing up at our house. I believe the repeated back-up was actually caused by issues with back-pressure from the city, but they honored their guarantees and did not charge me for the extra visits they had to make, even though the fact that the issue came back again I don't think was on them at all. So grateful for their quality of service and integrity of business at a stressful time. I will definitely be calling them back for any future needs.

They are extremely competent. Paul went above and beyond to take care of our problem. I would advise anyone to call Rooter Man for any kind of plumbing problem. He did everything he promised to do was extremely courteous and just the best.

The team at Rooterman provided me with a detailed estimate and some options. The repair required getting up in our attic to shut off the water. They were prepared for this with two qualified technicians for the job. They cleaned the drain and fixed my water supply line in about an hour. Was very impressed with their preparation, and efficiency. I can recommend them; $400.00, drain clearing in a tight area, and two line valves replaced. They accessed the drain without pulling the pedestal sink off the floor mount. Which was amazing.

This is the second time that I have used Rooter Man, and both times I’ve been so impressed with the excellent high-standard of service received. Their techs, Ryan & Archie arrived at my home in a timely fashion, and expeditiously assessed the situation. Ryan afforded me three repair options for each task: the p-trap under my kitchen sink was not plumb and leaking & the fill valve, flush valve, and tank-to-bowl kit had to be replaced on my spare bathroom toilet. The prices were reasonable, and the job was completed in no time flat. I wish I could give them 6 stars instead of 5! Thanks, guys!
